Just a great product!

Logan's is the only place that I have ever seen the SEC hat with all of the teams on it, which is a great hat. I will definitely be getting another in the future as a gift or in a different color for myself.

So greatful for Logan’s!

So greatful for Logan’s!! I live in Columbia South Carolina and went into my local store that sells Peter millar and had a bathing suit picked out I wanted for my spouses birthday. Of course they didn’t have it and told me they couldn’t get it, that it was sold out nation wide. Went online to Petermillar.com and same thing, sold out. So I started searching and found Logan’s. Made one phone call and they held the shorts for me, packaged them and sent them to me within TWO DAYS!!! Thank you so much Logan’s for being an AMAZING and dependable dealer. I APPRECIATE YOU AND WILL BE BACK FOR MORE BUSINESS!!

Very easy on line ordering and efficient delivery with constant updates on shipment. I have ordered many items from Logan’s of Lexington and they are great to do business with including returns if you need to send something back. Very positive customer experience!

Excellent online shopping experience

I found Logan's online when I was looking for a specific shirt for each of my college boys. They were prompt in shipping and providing updates, and I appreciated the care they took to wrap and package the shirts. Little things like this show Logan's values their customers and wants to make a good impression. I live in NE but will definitely keep Logan's on my short list for online shopping, and hope to visit the store on a future college visit.

I ordered some derby shirts and was…

I ordered some derby shirts and was charged for them , complete silence from the store . I finally contacted Logans and the response was, “oh yeah we sold out of those”. That’s fine, why not contact the customer and let them know? We love Logans , was surprised by this poor customer service.

Great experience

The online shopping experience with Logan’s was great. I appreciated they tracked and communicated updates regarding my order. When it arrive it was well packaged and the items, which were purchased as a gift, were perfect. I will definitely shop at Logan’s online again and if ever in the area will stop into the store!

Prompt response to shirt order

Prompt delivery of my shirt ordered through the website.
When in KY I always stop by Logan’s to browse. A nice mix of helpfulness as needed. Great selection and brands in men’s clothing. The sales are always a bonus!

Professional UK attire

I go to Logan's for high quality UK clothing for my husband, especially professional clothes that he can wear to the office. So far, everything I've purchased for him has been top notch.

I originally posted a one star for this company. That was an error before they contacted me. There was a problem with the post office, losing the shipment and they did not notify me. I received a personal call from Mr. Logan and everything was straight out. I changed it to a five star as a personal call from the owner is worthy of that. I apologize to him for acting that hastily.

This Doesn’t Happen Every Day!

Wow customer service! The item I ordered was no longer offered by the manufacturer as it was updated/replaced by a new version of same concept. The newer piece was $35 more but Logan’s allowed me (without asking) to have the new piece at the same price of the initial item ordered. Class act!!
