So pleased with our Logan and Cove Frontier Mattress. This is our second Logan and Cove product and we couldn’t be happier. Great quality, first class customer service and a good nights sleep. Doesn’t get better than that!

So far, we are on the 2nd month of owning this hybrid mattress. It is not as mentioned that has a good motion isolation. We will be trying this for a few more months and will trade up to the Frontier which is a more plush and thicker mattress.
So far it feels like our old pillow top mattress in terms of firmness and we would prefer something that will offer better support being side sleepers.

Our experience with Logan & Cove was excellent. The mattress in a box arrived promptly and was easy to unpack. The warranty for almost 1year made us feel comfortable about buying this product online. Sadly the mattress over a period of 3 months did not quite meet our expectations. It was too soft for our sleeping habits.

We contacted Logan&Cove about their return policy and were amazed how understanding they were. The company was very helpful in all steps with the return of the mattress. We were fully refunded the cost of the mattress and paid promptly. We would highly recommend Logan & Cove in a heartbeat.

We got the Frontier Hybrid mattress last November in anticipation of guests arriving to visit. I gave a review on the Logan & Cove website at that time about price, quality, and delivery. The guests came and went and spent almost a month sleeping on that mattress, and their opinion was that it was extremely comfortable. We walked (alot) most days and visited places near and far, and they always found sleeping on the FH mattress took away aches and pains that other beds didn't, even at higher end hotels. Thank-you Logan & Cove for producing a top-notch Canadian product!

Great mattress. It was purchased for the guest bedroom but now we're going to start saving to buy a King for our bedroom. Our mattress is less than 5 years old and was purchased from a major Mattress Store and is a name brand, and it doesn't come close to the comfort of Logan and Cove's hybrid mattress.
We're very pleased.

Logon and Cove mattress seemed nice except first one came ripped and now 2nd one they sent also came ripped. Their answer was to send a third or cancel the order. I cancelled the order. Hopefully I wouldn't have to wait too long to get my 1600 bucks back, but I am skeptical as they said to give them time to fine a charity to pick them up and they only will refund after that happens. That leaves 2 king sized mattress in my upstairs bedroom waiting for them to find someone to pick them up. I will try someone else.

A bed in a box! Who knew. A friend highly suggested Logan &Cove and we were in the market for a new mattress. After some online research we clicked the button- purchasing and mattress and platform (along with a bonus gift). The delivery and tracking was flawless and painless. I had no problem navigating through Logan & Cove’s website. What I really appreciated was the thorough details provided on each bed (down to recommended body weight) that easily narrowed out decision without having to second guess if we chose the right bed. We have had our mattress for about two months now. Our previous one was memory foam, which we will never get again - any back support it had disappeared within a year. Our Logan and Cove mattress has much better support while still maintaining a soft, comfortable top layer. Much better sleeps and no more sore backs is what we experienced almost immediately.

The bed was very comfortable and I have enjoyed it, for a year. Then the stitching started to unravel on the upper edge piping. After sending photos and communication, the company refused to warranty the defect, instead saying that it was a tear due to me installing it wrong or making my bed too aggressively. I never complain but after spending this much money on a mattress, I expected better. Their words were that I might have lifted the mattress by the piping (nope) while changing the sheets or adjusting the mattress. The tear is primarily cosmetic. With careful handling the tear shouldn’t worsen. I’m very unhappy with the quality and warranty handling. Be careful. Sleep on your mattress “carefully”.

A family member recommended this mattress brand. It is very comfortable and holds true to the advertised qualities. e.g. when my husband moves around, my side of the bed doesn't bounce around, therefore my sleep isn't interrupted. Many products that one orders on-line do not live up to the advertised features.

The mattress sags in the middle and both myself and my boyfriend get back pain at night sleeping on it. My boyfriend has resorted to sleeping on the couch until we buy a new one. It's unfortunate because we are now past the sleep trial so no refund is available. Waste of money and I've read multiple other reviews saying the same thing. The company doesn't even make the same mattress anymore.

We love our Frontier matress. My husband is built big and me smaller, this is the only mattress we found that makes both very happy and comfortable. We laid on many in store and either too soft or hard. This is perfect for side, back and stomach sleepers! If a hybrid, medium softness is what you are looking for, this is it. Customer service and delivery speed is exceptional. Id reccommend buying the luxury pillows and sheets as they are really the BEST ever, the free ones that come with it are not that good. We also jumped on it with our kids, its increadable!

The company is easy to communicate with and they are very responsive and helpful in all of our exchanges. Plus, they even remind you when it's time to rotate your mattress to make it last longer.
The mattress itself is wonderful to sleep on. The pillow-top is truly luxurious and you almost feel like you are floating. The matters construction is first rate and the materials they use are top quality.
