I have recently contracted jordan to sell my home.
He was just as expected. Amazing as always. This time I was the seller. He managed to get me asking price in less than a month. On top of that, he helped me by providing not only a trailer for me to de clutter my house. But he also was willing to help me out in the actual process by providing muscle and personal time. He truly is an amazing realtor. Thank you Jordan.

Jordan did a great job in keeping us all in the loop of the process and how everything was going down. We started looking, he responded in turn, and we were able to settle on a choice very quickly and the scheduling process for paperwork and everything else was also painless and fast. Jordan Smith is a real estate magician. His proactive attitude and real estate savvy make him someone you want as your guide while house hunting. He got us into the perfect home, but if we ever look to buy or sell again he is the only person I would want to work with. He is honest, communicative, and always has snacks. I found Jordan by googling best agent in Utah. When I spoke to Jordan I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the market in Ogden. We listed my mom’s house with him and the results were amazing! We had multiple offers on the first day. Jordan helped my brother and I navigate through the entire process. During this difficult time for both sellers and buyers, Jordan was able to secure an offer after 16 days of the condo being listed. Admired his energy, quick response to any inquiries and his upbeat spirit/enthusiasm during this process. Jordan set up an open house two days after the listing was posted. Truly could not have asked for a better experience!! Being my fiancé and my first home AND being from out of state, Jordan not only made sure we found a perfect home for us but showed us around town to make sure we were familiar with the area. He approached everything with honesty and never made us feel pressured to move forward with a home we weren’t 110% sure about. Jordan was awesome to work with!! I was a first time home buyer and single head of household, purchasing from out of state and it was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done surprisingly. He was super available for showings that we even were able to do same day, quick to respond, and a savvy negotiator throughout the home buying process. He was so efficient that we were able to go from the open house to close in less than three weeks. Jordan is very kind, diligent, and knowledgeable and absolutely would work with him again! We had some complications with our home (flooding) when we were under contract. He helped us work through it and made a tough situation much easier. There's a reason that Jordan consistently has 5 star ratings throughout every platform and it's not only because of the thoughtful gifts he sends. (Although those alone would earn him 5 stars.) He is truly an asset that you need. We bought our first townhome with him and now as we prepare to sell that and buy a bigger home his help has been irreplaceable. Our situation has turned into a nightmare and Jordan has been there every step of the way. He's gone far above and beyond what he's contractually obligated to do and it feels like we have a friend going to bat for us. His knowledge, professionalism, promptness and genuine kindness define not only how he is as an agent but his character as a human as well. Sure there are cheaper avenues in the world of Real Estate these days but Jordan is worth triple what he's paid.
