Loan Envy is THE BEST. The process of purchasing a home can be very overwhelming, especially for a first time home owner, but Randall and his team at Loan Envy were incredibly helpful, kind, thoughtful, intuitive, informed and exceptionally generous with their time. Randall went above and beyond. He explained various options and helped find the best loan for me. He provided a comprehensive list of documents I needed to gather and an easy and safe way to send them electronically. He was always quick to respond to any questions. Randall was recommended to me by a trusted colleague and I am so glad that we went with him for our mortgage. He gave us 110% every step of the way! Randall was not only professional and good at his job, but he was also extremely patient with us.
