My experience with Clever Real Estate was excellent! My house went under contract for asking price after 3 days! Other houses that went on the market at the same time mine did are still on the market with decreased prices. Vikki Stickleman from Luma Realty provided excellent service! I worked with Tom Tennant this summer 2024 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first few days the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Tom's incredible work. Tom brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which brought in serious buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous first time buyers. Tom was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions. He was so responsive and a kind person. We had a great experience.

Super easy to get started, filled out my info online and within minutes I had local realtors contacting me about our home sale. There were several interested buyers for this triplex. The first buyer wanted me to replace the furnaces, water heaters, and electrical panels. All units were in good working order, but the buyer wanted new stuff. I was in the hospital going though cancer surgery. My realtor was very professional dealing with this very demanding buyer.

I had contacted Clever for a reduced sale percentage service. Having chosen a realtor from several they had for me to choose from, I chose Theresa Costa in Colorado Springs as my sellers agent. The property was challenging, an older mobile on land that was a unique property. Threasa was full service, professional pictures, always available, answered texts and calls punctually, kept me on schedule, and resulted in selling the home in under two months from listing to move out.
