Super low quality and terrible customer…
Super low quality and terrible customer service by Jessie. I bought 4 pieces in early June with the expectation that my parcel will arrive for my holiday in July. The delivery stated 6-10 working days, however I received the parcel 19 working days later/ just one day before my flight. This was after I chased them up on a daily as the tracking they provided was not working. They tried to blame it on the courier which was very lame because when I investigated, the products never left the warehouse until 14 working days after my order. Anyway, I opened my parcel to find the worst quality products, even one dress was in cheap satin when on the description it states mixed linen. The stitching was so poor and the fabrics felt like paper even through they were described as mixed linen / cotton, they were just polyster. I emailed them for urgent instructions on how to return the pieces , and I got a response from Jessie saying that I cannot return them before approval from quality control, she asked for proof / pictures and reason of return. I stressed that I was going away for the whole summer , and that I need this instructions asap to be able to drop off the parcel to a courier on that day 4th July , but I was only given the answer the next day which was too late. I was told that the team found no valid reason for my return, even though I provided clear pictures of bad stitching and wrong fabric used in one of the dresses. I emailed back to stress my frustration with the decision and asked for senior management details/ call. Jessie emailed me back the next day ( I was already away at this point ) stating that the poor quality was due to high order volume and that I send my return to the address provided ( but there was no address provided), then jumped to say that she advised against returns due to cost of shipping indicating that I need to cover that which is ridiculous. And suggested that I should keep the bad quality clothes and accept the gesture of good will which is a $10. I find this very insulting and stupid at the same time. As I was away, I only responded back recently, and still awaiting the response. Meanwhile, please avoid this company!!! It’s a scam!!! They trap you after your purchase, if you don’t like the quality, fit and even if you receive wrong fabric / pieces, they expect you to keep the order which is crazy.
