Save Yourself the Hassle

Recently I purchased 3 dresses from ‘Like my Choice’. 2 of them fit nicely, the third was unusually small. On the day the package arrived, I contacted ‘Like My Choice’ for an exchange. They wanted to charge me. I refused multiple times and they said - basically kick rocks.

That being said, the quality was mediocre, but the customer service is horrific.

Save your time, money, and energy and shop elsewhere!

Do not buy unless you are 100% sure if…

Do not buy unless you are 100% sure of your sizing! I measured myself as per instructions and ordered accordingly.
It was sooo small - I would need two sizes up.
When I contacted about exchange they advised if I paid another 20USD they would ship a different size but then I asked for refund and they refused.
Be very very careful 😞

Tragic - no money back after months

I wish I had checked trustpilot before buying from them (it was an impulse, following an IG ad with a British girl presenting their clothes). The quality of one set is okay-ish, the other two are absolutely tragic. Plot twist though: you can find EXACTLY the same clothes on the Chinese websites for 1/5 of the price. What they are selling is NOT worth even a third of the price stated on the website. What's more: they are copying and frauding other companies' designs. I've been in touch with their (joke of a) customer support for MONTHS. They've been playing cat and mouse with me, theoretically offering a solution to then pivot and send me back to square one. I didn't get my money back, didn't get any replacements. AVOID.

Absolutely loved!

Excellent Company

Will Definitely Use Again

Ordered a dress for a wedding I’m attending. The dress was lovely but was too small. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and arranged for another size to be sent if I returned the other one. Very quick to respond and resolved very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

**Terrible Quality and Misleading Advertising – Avoid This Company!**

I ordered dresses that were advertised as perfect for weddings and cocktail events, but what I received was beyond disappointing. The quality is shockingly bad, with stitching that looks rushed and unfinished. The dresses are not even close to the same length or style as shown in the pictures, and the overall construction feels cheap and poorly made.

What frustrates me the most is how misleading the product descriptions are. These dresses are not suitable for any formal occasion, and I would be embarrassed to wear them anywhere, let alone to a wedding or cocktail party!

I’m seriously considering posting bad reviews everywhere to make sure no one else gets tricked by this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from here – it's not worth the hassle or the money.

No returns

This company is fine if you like your item. If not they will not accept returns so be very sure you are going to like it. In my case I did not like my 2-piece because:
A) it didn’t fit
B) the material was really poor quality - in the pictures it looked soft and silky. In reality is was crispy, scratchy cotton
C) it was poorly made. Both pieces look like they’ve been run ip on a sewing machine

Besides the fact that the sizing was wrong, I didn’t actually think it was legal to refuse returns for items bought online if the issue is poor quality, but apparently if you put a couple of sentences in the small print, it is.


NB With regards their response to my review (see below) which I received yesterday, please do not be fooled. I’ve had this message from them at least 6 times since asking for a refund back in May and nothing has been done. They have continued to refuse to give me a full refund. Yesterday they offered me 15% which I refused.

Great quality

I got three dresses and all of them have great quality, one of the dresses was a bit big on me and when I contacted costumer service, they answered right away with a great solution.
I will keep buying clothes from this brand. Great quality, lots for options and good value.

Super low quality and terrible customer…

Super low quality and terrible customer service by Jessie. I bought 4 pieces in early June with the expectation that my parcel will arrive for my holiday in July. The delivery stated 6-10 working days, however I received the parcel 19 working days later/ just one day before my flight. This was after I chased them up on a daily as the tracking they provided was not working. They tried to blame it on the courier which was very lame because when I investigated, the products never left the warehouse until 14 working days after my order. Anyway, I opened my parcel to find the worst quality products, even one dress was in cheap satin when on the description it states mixed linen. The stitching was so poor and the fabrics felt like paper even through they were described as mixed linen / cotton, they were just polyster. I emailed them for urgent instructions on how to return the pieces , and I got a response from Jessie saying that I cannot return them before approval from quality control, she asked for proof / pictures and reason of return. I stressed that I was going away for the whole summer , and that I need this instructions asap to be able to drop off the parcel to a courier on that day 4th July , but I was only given the answer the next day which was too late. I was told that the team found no valid reason for my return, even though I provided clear pictures of bad stitching and wrong fabric used in one of the dresses. I emailed back to stress my frustration with the decision and asked for senior management details/ call. Jessie emailed me back the next day ( I was already away at this point ) stating that the poor quality was due to high order volume and that I send my return to the address provided ( but there was no address provided), then jumped to say that she advised against returns due to cost of shipping indicating that I need to cover that which is ridiculous. And suggested that I should keep the bad quality clothes and accept the gesture of good will which is a $10. I find this very insulting and stupid at the same time. As I was away, I only responded back recently, and still awaiting the response. Meanwhile, please avoid this company!!! It’s a scam!!! They trap you after your purchase, if you don’t like the quality, fit and even if you receive wrong fabric / pieces, they expect you to keep the order which is crazy.

The product I received looks much cheaper and different color

The product I received looks much cheaper than what was shown on the website, and the print colors are completely different! It looks like an entirely different item. When I asked for a return, I was told they don't accept returns or exchanges. I will never shop at this store again. The product is either going in the trash or becoming my house pajamas. I wish i could post the photo.
This may sound rude, but it's the truth.Don't buy anything from them!!

Items received are do not look like the website and are very low quality for the price you pay.
Having an awful time trying to return and get a refund.
First company I’ve ever dealt with that don’t allow returns for “sizing” issues.

Very bad experience, not recommendable

I don't recommend you to buy in this online shop. The quality and the size are less than satisfactory. When I tried to return the piece of clothing, they put several excuses. It's a fraud.
