I used Lighthouse to find my apartment towards the end of last year; their website is super well designed and combined a lot of the 'typical' features you'd fine on an apartment searching website, into a really sleek interface. Combine that with the personalized help (I worked with Shelbi) and of course, the cash back!

It's a crazy business model that combines the best of both worlds; you get whatever concession the apartment is offering (free month etc) PLUS the cash back. There's plenty of apartment locators out there -we'd worked with one twice prior - but they are not going to share that locator bonus with you like Lighthouse does. I think their cashback offering has changed a few times... in my case, it was $900 cash plus 1 month free. Made out like a villain!

With this being my first time working with an apartment finder company, I honestly loved my experience with Lighthouse. Gabby did such an awesome job helping me find a new apartment. It took some time because I’m very picky when it comes to apartments but I was finally able to find an apartment I was at peace with. Thank you guys again. I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends!

If I'm going for a business trip to another city I do know for sure that I ca enter this website, find an appropriat appartent to stay over, and do it wothout any hustle and problems.
The information on the website is so transparent that I can't even imagine that there are such ones who won't sort it out. Big thanks to this service for being safe and reliable!

Attentive personnel. Sydney was phenomenal, and communicated via my preferred method (text). They were very understanding of my schedule and limited ability to tour multiple properties in a short time.

You may notice that the rebate depends on the rent price point of the property.

Once I signed a lease, it took me a few weeks to register for the cash back. However, once I did register, within a few days I had some extra cash. This is nice, considering the current rent environment and pricing practices.

The rebate was honored via my choice of prepaid gift card, vendor gift card, Venmo or similar payout services.

Sydney was super helpful in helping me find an affordable place.

It actually turns out the apartment complex I chose hasn't worked with lighthouse in ~10 years. However, since it was listed on the lighthouse app during my search and I did everything correct on my end, they still honored the cash back and just CashApped it to me instead.

I would suggest to the lighthouse staff and developers that they go through and update the search results to keep current and avoid any snags.

I will be recommending this service to those on the hunt for apartments and rentals.

Lighthouse made finding my next apartment an easier and cheaper experience. The online search tool helped me shortlist apartments quickly based on my preferred location and price range. Within a day, someone from Lighthouse reached out and offered assistance to answer more specific questions I had about my options. This really helped me narrow it down to the one I ended up with. And the icing on the cake -- I received cash back after starting my lease while still paying no extra rent than I would have paid through any other apartment finder. Highly recommend this amazing tool and service!

More. Than. An app. They assign a rep, and HER SUPERHEROIC EFFORTS made an already 5-star apt search system into a full-blown service. 10/10 recommending to you now. Vital for finding an apartment. *With Lighthouse, I found a ton of good places -- and the friendly person they assigned also called dozens of apartment offices, asked all the questions and whittling our list of 30-something to 10 good options and 3 amazing ones. Especially in the changing rental market, Lighthouse is the missing piece in the complex apartment finding market.

Gabby is the absolute best! In the ups and downs in my pursuit to finding an apartment that would accept me, she was always understanding and encouraging. She sent me apartments that I never knew were here along with move in specials. The entire experience was amazing, Gabby would respond to all of my questions through text when I was working and was so friendly and sweet I always looked forward to hearing what she had to say.

We worked with Gabby at Lighthouse recently when we were looking for an apartment in The Woodlands. Gabby was so helpful and she responded promptly to all our questions (even on the weekends!). If we had questions about the apartment, she would contact the rental company and get the information we needed. After we signed the lease, we received our cash back a week later - very fast! We would definitely use Lighthouse and Gabby again and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for an apartment. Although I ended up not getting an apartment due to my situation. This company did not help me find apartments but they did check on me quite often to make sure I didn't need any help. They were always available to answer any and all questions. I would recommend others to use them for the process was simple. They could give more expertise on helping to find rentals, but other than that I would use them again.

Lighthouse was extremely helpful in finding somewhere to live. My agent sent me properties that weren’t even listed on the rental sites, not to mention outside of their usual search radius! My agent was very nice, texted me Back reasonably fast, and even got me $100 back after I signed my lease. I’m currently in the process of recommending them to my friend who is looking for her first apartment.

Moving can be sooo stressful, especially 7 months pregnant and trying to move before your baby is born!!! Sydney was such a blessing. Her communication was perfect, she felt more than just an apartment finder! She was a friend to me during this time. Had an overall great experience with Lighthouse's services. I initially had a difficult time getting in contact with someone, but as soon as they replied their agents were incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. They were on top of the entire process and gave me reminders throughout the journey. I just received my bank transfer of $750 and can't thank Lighthouse enough! Definitely recommend
