Thank you, Orielle! I never remembered signing up for this but discovered I had a profile and promptly reached out to their customer service to delete the account.
Just based on my experience with Orielle, and the reviews that I see here, I'll likely sign up for a policy in the near future. Her service has gotten me to look into actually giving an optional insurance policy a chance!

I have had no issues with getting the original policy and then adding a second policy. Ladder has made covering my family affordable and given me a better piece of mind. I can get more coverage at a lower price than that company with Jake.

Fast and easy.
Almost too good to be true? Hopefully, I won't have to make a claim. :D Otherwise, it was vastly superior to the other applications I've seen.

The process was easy and straightforward. The interface was fast and user-friendly. A downside was the crazy amount of personal, confidential information required. I was very uncomfortable responding to quite a few of those questions. At the end of the process, I got my insurance at the price I had been quoted initially with my date of birth and zip code.

Quick and easy policies. My quote was much less with them than several other providers.
I ultimately went with them because it could all be done online. I don't like the idea of brokers cashing in on a policy unecessarily so I liked the direct approach.

Simple, communicative, and fair pricing. They may not be the cheapest or fastest you can find online but they are thorough and thoughtful in their underwriting process. I trust them more than the other online providers I received quotes from.

I have been long searching for a life insurance policy that would give me piece of mind that my husband and daughter are taken care of in the event of my passing. I have a loan through SoFi and I saw that they offered life insurance through ladder. It was so easy and simple, just answer some questions(HONESTLY!) and it will generate a monthly quote for you. You can also chose the length of your insurance as well. I am very pleased and would highly recommend!

I loved that the process was super simple and didn't require anything intensive. The price seemed fair compared to other life insurance, if not cheaper. I am comforted to know I have Ladder to help protect and provide for my family.

I’ve only just signed up so I can’t say what it will be like long term just yet, but signing up was a breeze and I love that their plans are flexible and the user interface was easy to navigate and understand when editing things like beneficiaries, addresses, etc.

Update: There was an error in processing my account, but I was able to work with customer service to get it worked out. I will say that communicating with customer service is a little bit challenging, but ultimately, they made the right decision.
I got a quote for insurance and when I committed to the payment and the terms, the policy I received was for half the amount they quoted me. I need 100% the value immediately, I feel like I have been misled.
