Beth and Charles are amazing. I have been buying Kuranda dog beds for about 10 years - some for personal use, and some to donate to my local Bulldog clubs - and anytime I have a question or concern, I get an immediate response and resolution. Plus, their products are very durable. They have been Bulldog-tested and approved!

I have been waiting to purchase the bolster bed plus pad for I think a year or two, and when I finally got an email they were back in stock I ordered immediately. I had salvaged her bed pad as she only chewed off one of the elastics off while waiting for the whole set to come back. I was so happy when I opened the box and saw that the bolster was the same material as before, soft but cool. But the bed pad had changed material…both sides now were like a fleece material where as before once side was fleece and the other like a faux suede material same as the bolster. Having a double coat dog she loved the faux suede side as it was much cooler. Now that they are the same on both sides she doesn’t lay in it for as long as before. Wish they would have mentioned that change in the description. But she loves the bolster and use it as a pillow so I’m happy with that.

The webpage was informative and easy to order. My purchase was processed promptly and shipping timely. The assembly was doable, and my dogs are learning "mat" rather well; I think they like the beds as well!

Assembly Nightmare
This dog bed takes two people and special tools to assemble because it requires tension be maintained in multiple directions at once. The company needs to sell this item preassembled.

This is an extremely well made dog bed. I have a 10 mo. old lab puppy who runs on "all cylinders" constantly and our dog trainer highly recommended this bed to use as her "place" to slow her brain down and chill. She usually pounces on it to get on and it's holding up to her high energy crazy self! I'll probably be buying another one for outside.

Love this dog bed. Very high quality. The pillow top fits well and stays on top of the bed because of the attachment loops. Assembly Instructions are easy to understand and the parts are somewhat easy to assemble. Although its simple enough for one person to assemble alone, the Assembly was made 1000 times easier with a second person to hold the parts while you tighten the screws.

Great products their aluminum frame bed is very durable. I have two German shepherds. They hold up extremely well with them. Fast shipping on orders. definitely would recommend.

Over the years, I have ordered five extra large PVC Kuranda dog beds with pads and two kitty cots. After experiencing a slight difficulty with one of my kitty cots yesterday, I had occasion to contact the service department and was assisted by a young man named Christian. He was excellent and processed my order quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kuranda products and services.

Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications.
If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

We bought a Kuranda bed for our boxer puppy when he was three months old, anticipating him full-grown at 50–60 lbs. The moment the little guy saw the new thing in the kitchen, he stepped up to explore. Now, two months later, our 30+ lb teenager divides his free time among the rag rug at the front door, the couch with his humans, and his two go-to personal spaces—his kitchen hut and the Kuranda bed. He looks like a little man of high status reclining in comfort in his private man cave or on his personal charpoy.

My destructive boy dug a hole through his bed (ballistic nylon, 70 lbs Doberman). I submitted my claim and they responded immediately. They even changed to the most durable vinyl option, so fingers crossed he cannot damage it! Very happy with the customer service and the overall quality of the bed design (aluminum frame).

Bought the raised platform cot/bed for our female who is having incontinence problems. Almost immediately she knew that was Her place & now sleeps in her bed rather than ours :)
Quality is excellent, easy to keep clean including the optional washable pad which washes well & dries quickly.

Happy, happy, happy! Our 3 mastiff boys heartily approve! Keeps them off the ground and allows for extra comfort after we added the pad. Love the durability for our big guys. Only disappointing thing is the recommended outdoor vinyl weave puddles water instead of letting it drain through.

The Kuranda is the first bed our boxer-mix has not destroyed. Prior to the Kuranda bed, we spent hundreds of dollars in bed replacement costs over a 12 month period. The Kuranda bed is very well made and quite sturdy. We purchased one of the Kuranda cushions for added comfort, and it has now been ~2 months and our dog has not torn it apart (a record for her - she usually starts nibbling on new beds within a day or two!). We highly recommend Kuranda, especially if you have a dog who has a history of destroying beds.

My Belgian Malinois suffers from separation anxiety and hates being in his crate. Since I added the Kuranda Bed ( after he used it in the kitchen for 2 weeks), I can actually leave him (currently) for about 45 minutes with no anxiety - he nestles into the bed in his crate and stays calm. It even attracts the cat when the crate door is open.

The customer service is excellent! I made an error with my order and contacted them. The response was immediate an, in turn, I even received a credit when buying in bulk, not realizing there was a pro site for businesses like mine. I have been purchasing Kuranda beds for 10 years. The quality is unlike any other company and we are still using those beds from 10 years ago! They are the safest and most durable beds on the market and worth every penny.
