I made an error and accidentally upgraded to Premium in a defunct account. Rather than allowing me to transfer the subscription to my active account, you cancelled my old one but then did not refund the subscription fee. I then had to subscribe again under the new account. It’s so frustrating that you were not able to refund me, especially when I asked for the refund almost immediately after subscribing and clearly had two account. So now I have two charges for the services. Outrageously bad customer service.

I have had the wonderful experience of finding a good host family, the entire Cultural Care Mexico team behind this adventure has been essential and I have a good LCC who has been looking after me since the day I arrived.

This was by far the worst company. They provided no support, they charged our card right away, but we never actually got someone that wanted to stay. We had a short term nanny who quit less than two months in to illegally stay in the country and get married, and for that this company charged us 11,000 dollars and refused to give us a refund, stay as far far far away as you possibly can

Total scammers. I bought their lifetime plan before realising all they do is ask whether you agree or disagree with each trait about yourself, eg, “You are more likely to be fit” then numbers 1-5 and if you agree, slightly agree, totallly agree, slightly disagree or disagree with the statement you select a number. They ask around 100 of these statements then use your answers to prepare a portrayal of you. They haven’t done anything though - you have told them all about yourself by selecting whether you agree or disagree with statements. After realising that they only know about you by what you’ve told them I asked for my money back the day after purchasing. They have refused to answer my request and subsequent requests for a refund

Great experience! I have been living in dubai for 4.5 years and finding a good nanny is always a nightmare. Find a helper makes the process easier with the multiple filters to trim down the options and provides info on previous families which makes the check process easier. After reviewieng CVs, I interviewed 2 nannies and so far, super happy with her.
