Do not buy!!
I ordered a pair of AJ 3 Lucky green sneakers in a 11.5 because certain sneakers run small. To my surprise, when I received them they were too big. When I contacted customer service to exchange for a smaller size, I was directed to their return policy and was told that because I made the mistake and not them, that there was nothing they could do. I was offered a 30% discount off my next pair and told to keep the current pair as a token of appreciation or perhaps consider gifting them to a friend. I've never had such a bad experience like this with any establishment that I purchased from. I ended up purchasing the correct size although I'm stuck with a pair I can't use. However, the elephant print on the both pairs DOES NOT look like the photo or how it's supposed to, which is grey in color not off white.
