I live in CA and ordered shoes to be picked up while on a trip to Austin, TX so I could actually walk into a brick and morter shoes store and could try on other pairs too! I wear orthotics, walk a lot, and want to be stylish so buying shoes is not easy. Where have all the shoe shops gone? I was very happy with the high level service I received at Karavel and I really appreciate being fitted by professionals. We need more 3D shoes stores!

I placed an order. It was accepted. Several days went by and then I receive a refund. I got an email later saying they item was out of stock. This was the first order I placed. I was excited about the order but several days later find out it is not in stock. No information given on when it would be in stock; no alternates recommended; no discount on my next item for inconvenience. Nothing. Not happy with the customer service.

Jason has been my sales person for more than a year. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and patience while he fits me with shoes or boots. The result is I am happy with every single pair I have found with his advice. Also, he showed me the clearance room and opened up a huge savings opportunity for me. He has helped me select and order shoes for my son (up to 6 or 7 pairs by now). My order arrived very quickly! I had a hard time finding these particular pair of shoes anywhere in my size. When I found them at Karavel I purchased them before there were sold out! They look exactly like they did in the picture and are so comfortable wear. I've already gotten so many compliments on them and questions about where I bought them!

Helpful salesperson guided me to the right fit and best style for my foot. I had already bought one shoe elsewhere and held another at Karavel based on reviews, but the measurement and service process confirmed a third that was best. So grateful. This was my second order of Mephistos within a week. Once I received the first order, I knew I needed to get the other colors! As always, Karavel didn't disappoint! Was referred here by my orthopedist. Long, careful fitting. After two visits, now have 2 pairs of Hokas with carbon fiber plate inserts, so comfortable and protective. Will return to Karavel the next time I need shoes.

I ordered shoes by phone and they were so great to mail them with free shipping. Unfortunately, they didn't quite fit my feet so I had to mail them back. They graciously sent me a free shipping label to return them. Whenever I next visit Austin, TX, I will definitely stop in to shop for more shoes. 😊

I found the special shoes that I need for heel pain issues when out of town only to learn that Karavel not only had my size but also several colors to chose from and they had the best price by far. Ordered them to be picked up then received very friendly and professional service at the store too. Perfect!

EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I called looking for a pair of shoes that was sold out everywhere else I looked online.. including Hoka’s own website! Luckily, Karavel had my size and got them shipped to me immediately so I could get them in time for a trip a few days later. I got them the VERY NEXT DAY in DFW and paid no extra shipping charge! Next time I’m in Austin, I will seek out this place and buy more shoes from them again! I wish I would have caught the guy’s name, but hopefully he’ll see this review and know how much I appreciated the help. I would have sworn this kind of service didn’t exist anymore!

I was there to pick up an online order. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. The sales rep was very friendly, he secured my order, and offered assistance if I was interested in trying on other shoes. Considering it was quite busy that day, service was very good.

The most fabulous comfortable shoes offered in the land! I usually visit Karavel but I decided to order dress shoes on line. Yes they have dress shoes as well as athletic! Recieved in timely manner. Real leather. Total comfort. Very nice style for the price. Well worth it. No foot pain. And I can look good. Thank you to the Karavel team.
