I checked my account days after placing the order to check the strand couldn’t find my order. However, I proceeded to email customer support and received no answer, also the system was displaying no orders. I always have receipts and keep email confirmation of any and all orders I place. Distraught I emailed and called again and the system was busy . The service is very poor and it’s a mess, but the products are very good! Needless to say I received my order before I had to cancel. I never received updates or anything about my order, puzzled how they are doing business like this.

Love the products but it’s obvious they’ve been scammed a few times , I couldn’t make any adjustments to an order that wasn’t even 5 minutes old and I wanted to buy more! I really just felt like it was unfair to make me pay shipping twice cause I forgot to add something smh!! I hope yall adjust this cause major incorporations would comply w a request like this!

I have ordered the same lipstick three times because I love it so much. I ordered another of the same lipsticks "The perfect red" and it is NOT the same color as all the others it is more of an orange red now. I hate that for me because now I have to search once again for my perfect red. I'm so disappointed

Worst customer service! I ordered in December 2023 and to this day, I still haven't received anything. I ask for a refund but unfortunately it is not possible. This is unacceptable....

So far every product that I have bought and used have been great really. Top notch the eyeshadow color last all day once applied and the lip glosses are great non sticky and feel great on the lips

Merchandise was packed well. Neither of the items were crushed or damaged. Shipping notifications kept me informed of the August 31and the September 02 purchases. The items even arrived a day earlier. The lashes are beautiful. I trimmed them and fitted them to my eyes the first day. I even wore the Biba lashes on Tuesday this week. They made me look and feel gorgeous.

I ordered two packages. One was missing. I emailed. And was basically told I was shut out of luck because you’re not responsible for missing mail. I’ve told my 103 thousand YouTube subscribers and showed them your email response. The end. 😊

I was introduced to Juvia’s Place in store last year. Started w eye shadow palette. Moved to their on-line site to explore more great products. Love the access to all products. I’m in LOVE with their lip products. Great color selection, quality and I luck up often on sale pricing, so I try many shades of lipstick and glosses. The ordering process is easy and shipping fast. I purchased 8 lip products and was super excited to receive! I made excellent choices! I’ve got several faves.

I appreciate how quick it was to be shipped but delivery got delayed very and im not sure if I’ll receive my package . I hope to receive this makeup im really excited to try out but in the process of waiting 48hrs to see if my order will arrive to my local post office but will reach out again soon if my order was delivered or not..!

Ordering was a simple process. I did briefly encounter double charge for same items, one charge full price and 2nd charge with discount applied. I sent seller a message through PayPal and 1 of charges fell off immediately. I will go as far as to say, i can trust their business dedication. Now the good stuff. Im in love with everything i received. It takes just a dab, for foundation coverage. Eyeshadow i have worn with and w/o primer and the staying power was perfect. Without primer color lasted to pretty much bedtime. With primer color was still bold. Well, my lipgloss was highjacked and i haven't found it laying around the house to be reclaimed. Im thinking its a strong winner too. I will be making more purchases.

I have previously enjoyed Julia’s Place products and am aware of its excellent quality. The pigment is on point and the price reasonable. My neighbour received my shipment for me today as I was out. I purchased a number of items and have been looking forward to them. Imagine my surprise when I received it and my entire payment information was displayed on the outer label with my address, outlining the prices of individual products - as well as the product names. Unsure whether this was a one off or if it is protocol but it was definitely not what I was expecting.

The color is rich and very beautiful so you don’t need much. I’m giving 4 stars because the color isn’t close to what was displayed. Otherwise, I’d give it a 5

I’m falling in love with all of the products. I still have not found a foundation that works best for my skin, but I love the eyeshadow palette and the pressed powder. I just recently bought a couple lipsticks and the formula is really great.

Never received my package. Emailed customer service. I received an email that stated she would contact the warehouse for the reason I never got my package. Never received an update. A waste of $100. Sephora would never.

i ordered a few products with very low expectations because of the price! big mistake on my part, the eyeshadows were very pigmented! but the start was the concealer, perfect coverage and color. I can't wait to try other products.
