I ordered shoes from a dance competition where Jeravae was a vendor. The woman who helped me was great! She was informative and kind and helpful, and customer service means so much to me. But I was disappointed when the shoes arrived. I ordered 2x wide, and they still aren't wide enough. They feel pretty much like the regular width shoes I tried on at the dance comp. I don't think Jeravae has an accurate definition of double wide feet. But they also made the straps way too long. And I mean waaaayyyy too long. I had to cut several inches off, which isn't difficult. But then I lost all the holes for the buckle. And I'm finding that trying to get holes punched IS difficult. I haven't yet been able to find someone with the tools to do it. So right now, my shoes aren't even wearable. I love the customer service, and the price is good, but I doubt I'll order again from this company.

I have bought several pairs of dance shoes and shirts / accessories in the past and have had excellent help choosing the best items for my needs and style choices. If the shoes didn't fit correctly, returns / re-sizing was not a problem (as long as they are in new condition meaning *not* worn on a hard floor, just tried on). Since I have found what I like, my style and size is saved in the customer file, making re-order very easy as well!

Love you guys! You have some of the best clearance deals, which makes nice dancewear accessible to people who are on a budget. I'm using some of your items as a base to make my own sparkly rhinestone dresses, which I have taken up as a hobby recently!

We loved how beautiful and well made your product was! It was stretchy an looked gorgeous on our student. Everyone in the studio wanted to put the dress on.

The only thing amiss with our experience was we didn't catch that there was a tag that had a price written on it which differed from the price on our kiosk, so our student was confused when we unknowingly charged her $75 more than the tag. We aren't sure if the price on the tag is a wholesale price, or if our kiosk automatically added something. But this is something we can be aware of on our end for future purchases.

Jeravae was really great at getting the items delivered on time and the response to emails were very quick. I do feel that the 15% restocking fee is very exorbitant when everything was in perfect conditionI. I spent over $100 for items that I found were not a good fit for me. very leary about odering online again.

Sizing is too small. Shipping for exchanges are paid by the customer and shipping to send the exchanged item is also charged. So ultimately the price of the merchandise is not worth it. It becomes too expensive.

I have ordered 2 dresses. One came immediately and it was faster than I expected. It was lovely surprise. But my second dress came very late and I was not getting any update on my order until I did follow up. In average the experience is still ok. But you defiantly can do better communication when you are facing the delay. Also it gives me feeling that delivery date is not guaranteed.

your return policy is awful. So many other companies allow you to return things w/o a "restocking" fee. I will not ever buy anything from your company again!

I absolutely love the dresses I ordered. The measurement chart was spot on and I didn’t have to do any adjustments except shorten the sleeves on the smooth dress. I received so many compliments and they looked like I spent much more than I did. Fabric is good quality, not transparent but not too heavy that it doesn’t allow movement. I appreciate that many of your designs have structured lines that flatters the female shape. I’ve found other practice dresses that make dancers look square. I am tempted to purchase a 2nd set in case they are discontinued. Thanks for carrying these designs and allowing me to feel even more confident at my rounds and level test!

Loving my latest dress (BLOUSON DANCE AMERICA DRESS WITH FRINGE SKIRT AND RHINESTONE CUT OUT SLEEVES D912 in Merlot). Wore it for a showcase and got lots of compliments. Jeravae's team went over and above to help me out when I realized I'd forgotten to order the matching dance trunks and were able to get them in with the same shipment.
