Poor customer service
Zip code was incorrect on the package and FedEx was having a hard time delivering it. Contacted support to see if they could change the zip code as that is what FedEx told me to do. They said they would try and after not hearing anything I was able to get FedEx to hold it so I could pick it up. But the day I was going to pick it up Jaxxon canceled the pickup and had it return to sender. Needed it by a certain date so they said they’d send a new order out but failed to mention there processing process included receiving the returned to sender package so I ordered from GLD who could over night it and trying to fight for a refund from Jaxxon. Overall a bad experience plus they are overpriced compared to their competitors, must be paying for their ad campaigns.
Following up on this review, they offered me a gift card instead of a return, the gift card was 20$ more than the refund due. I declined. They then tried to flag my review and gave it removed. Beware. They are a legitimate business but other sell the same product and competitive pricing, they do have a good advertising campaign but customer support leave a lot to be desired
