My rope bracelet broke after a year and…

My rope bracelet broke after a year and half of wearing it. It’s funny to me a company that prides itself on building jewelry that’s built to last, 1 builds subpar jewelry and 2 doesn’t even try to replace the piece that is broken and only has a 30 day warranty.

This company sells fake gold and it…

This company sells fake gold and it tarnishes and looks horrible within weeks of use. You’ve spent on marketing and leveraging socials and MMA to try and gain awareness of your product. But the product itself is the issue. Real gold doesn’t tarnish or look bad within weeks of use.

April from the jump understood what happened and that she would check to see how she could help.

She ensured me throughout the process when she would get back to me and did exactly what she said and got me extra boxes for the bracelets I ordered so I could give them to my groomsmen in their own boxes.

Jade was awesome!

I placed an order but realized in the confirmation email that it was not the size I wanted. I contacted customer service via chat and Jade was able to immediately take care of my concern. She was super nice and got the order perfectly corrected and the item arrived super fast. Thank you Jade!!

My fiancé loved the chain and bracelet I got him from Jaxxon. I was so pleased with the quality that I purchased a bracelet, ring and earrings from Jaxxon soon after buying his. It's been a few weeks of wearing the jewelry pieces every day, and it has not tarnished yet. Lhyza a customer rep at Jaxxon was responsive/ extremely helpful when I made a mistake with my order. I would definitely recommend buying from Jaxxon!

I bought some bracelets and some…

I bought some bracelets and some necklaces and had to change some of them and contacted Miss Erly who attended me very well for my Samsung translator because in fluent English speaking. We are not finished yet, but all this is being done so that the sins are exchanged.

They care about the customer

My package was stolen off of my front porch while I was at work. I don’t understand why a necklace from a jewelry company would be delivered to someone’s porch and not safely in the mailbox, but Erly understood the situation and was able to send me another necklace. Thank you.

My product broke within 3 months of use…

My husband loves his chain! Unfortunately it did end up breaking after a couple of months, but their customer support team reached out to me to try and make it right. We are excited for our replacement!

Great return/exchange process

The color on my chain has been fading and even though I’m 2 years past warranty they still offered a replacement. I’m really shocked and grateful they did! The whole process was taken care of in less than 5 minutes too!

They have been super responsive to any comments and questions. When I had to return an item they provide a free returns, full store credit plus extra towards another purchase. I bought 3 bracelets and love them!

Poor customer service

Zip code was incorrect on the package and FedEx was having a hard time delivering it. Contacted support to see if they could change the zip code as that is what FedEx told me to do. They said they would try and after not hearing anything I was able to get FedEx to hold it so I could pick it up. But the day I was going to pick it up Jaxxon canceled the pickup and had it return to sender. Needed it by a certain date so they said they’d send a new order out but failed to mention there processing process included receiving the returned to sender package so I ordered from GLD who could over night it and trying to fight for a refund from Jaxxon. Overall a bad experience plus they are overpriced compared to their competitors, must be paying for their ad campaigns.

Following up on this review, they offered me a gift card instead of a return, the gift card was 20$ more than the refund due. I declined. They then tried to flag my review and gave it removed. Beware. They are a legitimate business but other sell the same product and competitive pricing, they do have a good advertising campaign but customer support leave a lot to be desired
