Easy Process

We worked with Eden Dean who made the whole process, start to finish, a breeze. We even added another location that was linked to a different energy company. She got all our sites moved over to one electric company - such a relief. The only thing we had to do was give the location. I highly recommend working with this company and Eden is fantastic.

I HATE this company

Editing to add: Your reply means nothing, you only posted it because you tried to report my review and it didn't work. Another example of how dishonest this company truly is.

I HATE this company. They have been calling my business for YEARS despite the many number of times I have told them we don't already do business with them (yes they love to try that trick) and we will NEVER do business with them. I was assured so many times they will stop calling but they never do. I loathe them with such a passion that any time energy companies come up I trash this company - gotta spread the word!

Our contract was expiring through the…

Our contract was expiring through the company we were at and I spoke to Whitney Morgan about a cheaper rate and maybe finding a different company. It was the easiest transaction I have ever had! She was amazing. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what we needed. Thank you so much! I will never use anyone else!

Horrible company and the most rude…

Horrible company and the most rude people. They make unsolicited calls and lie about how they aren't selling anything and that our utility referred us to them. They claim to need us to renew our contract with them. We have never done business with them. They refuse to put us on their DNC list.

Eden is AMAZING!

Eden is AMAZING!
Eden really sealed the deal for us, the past 6 months we have been working on getting all of our properties switched over. Eden has always been available to answer questions, provide support and she is very knowledgeable. Superb communication skills.

Sales person calling my 86 year old mother

A sales person wanted to reach me about a business account (I am not the owner). They apparently tried by phone and then emailed me. To ensure they got me they then googled my name and called my 86 year old mother, not bothering to look at other people with the same last name. This is unacceptable. It left her confused about why she was being called. If this is how you do business you should change your name!

We have worked with Integrity Energy for years.

We have worked with Integrity Energy and Kartina Carr, our rep, for years and we couldn't be happier. Katrina has saved our company a lot of money over the years we've been with them. Katrina is professional, friendly, efficient, and always answers all questions thoroughly and promptly. We use Integrity for both our gas and energy services. I highly recommend using them, especially Katrina as your rep.

Danielle was very knowledgeable and…

Danielle was very knowledgeable and helpful! The help that we received from Integrity Energy made the process of finding a new provider so easy and saved our staff a lot of time. Danielle compared different rates and different providers and gave us the best deal from all the options and of course we were able to choose as well. We are looking forward to working with integrity in the future for all our needs. They offer a peace of mind in knowing that we can call them whenever we have questions or need help.

I believe the woman who talk to us was…

I believe the woman who talk to us was Diane. She was very patient very knowledgeable about her job took her time and made sure every question was answered before we hung up and see this a ton of money. We would highly recommend her to many people, as we have so far and it was just yesterday that we spoke to her.

Business switch

The Integrity representative (Ashley O.) was not at all pushy or aggressive and gave me plenty of time to research current electricity pricing, trends and forecasts. Once I confirmed everything she had said and researched Integrity, I was comfortable in switching to them. The process was easy.

Integrity Energy lives its name.

The key for us to remain with Integrity is reliable and immediate customer service. I can talk to the same people every time and get results. The company gives me good reliable prices and looks out for the best possible price down the road. Many fly by night firms will give you a lower price but it isnt really what you think. Always contact your broker before changing anything.

Angela at Integrity was very patient!!

Angela was very patient explaining her suggestions for the best energy plan for us. Although she called a little bit too early, like 6 months ago, when I asked her to wait till it was closer to our renewal date, she was very nice about it and did, indeed, call me at the better time. She made it very easy to understand my choices and didn't badger me to sign up for a longer time than I was comfortable with. I was very happy with our new rates and terms.

I appreciate Ann and all of her…

I appreciate Ann and all of her information. She is very information and communicates well. I had a lot of questions and she was patient and responded accordingly. I of course did not like that my upcoming renewal was now void due to a market/vendor going under but that is not Integrity's fault. It does cause financial hiccups as the new price will be higher than originally planned. Would love to see if there is a way to avoid this in the future

I switched to Integrity Energy for a single-year contract. At first, they offered a higher rate, but after researching, they matched a better rate I found. Their agents were pushy, but I eventually got a satisfactory deal.

Scott Bailey

Scott Bailey was very enjoyable to work with. He was patient and understanding regarding myself being new into my position at Seaway Pattern. He provided helpful information and walked me through the process of everything. He was generous with his time on the phone while waiting for me to gather utility account statements for our contract. Super impressed with him and pleased that he is our broker at Integrity Energy.

One happy customer!

I was truly impressed by how simple and quick the whole process took of changing my electricity provider. I can tell that your employees are properly trained to do their job well. You have the right people in place to take care of your customers. The result of retaining customers time and time again comes from #1 how they are properly treated and #2 how efficient a company is run. I’m here to tell you that you have both.
