I am unsure of the status of my renewal. I have received conflicting emails. I'll check on my rate on my next Elric bill.

My experience on the Web allowed me to sign up one of my three meters easily enough. I have three buildings and three meters. The web site did not allow me to specify a billing address. Therefore I called your 800 number and spoke to a representative. She informed me that she could not help me sign up the other two meters, combine the bills and establish a different billing address. I was told that someone, from the sales team, would call me. No one has, yet.

Inspire Clean Energy has reasonable rates for ‘clean energy’. When I called, the representative was eager to tell me about Inspire and of the importance of changing to clean energy. We cannot rely on the government to do the job for us. We must each do our part to make the environment cleaner. And Inspire is doing that. They have a promise to make clean energy available to everyone and we all need to do our part.
The representative was knowledgeable about the Company and what they are doing about ‘dirty electricity in the world. He walked me through the application and answered my questions. Thank you.

electricity prices were reasonable given that they are using more environmentally attractive sources of power. What is disappointing is that there are all these multiple email msgs (which I did not ask for) but still no reply 5 days later that my application for power supply was approved. If I have been approved than tell me.

I recently switched to Inspire Clean Energy. The transition from my previous electric provider went very smoothly. All of the information provided on the website was straight forward and it was easy to enroll in my current plan. I received a prompt response from Inspire and I'm pleased with the service.

Straightforward, simple clean energy. Everyone should switch to a clean energy provider like Inspire. The locked-in rate for the introductory period is lower than current costs, and switching is an easy way to be green.

The online experience was very detailed. My financial advisor gave me a few pointers as to what I should be looking for in an energy provider. I was definitely looking for a company just like your company....renewable energy, close to PA, not locked into the new agreement, and ease to covert.

You keep sending me emails promoting climate change. I’m not a stupid person in realize when you’re feeding me a line of bull. I don’t want anymore of your crappy emails promoting the voodoo of climate change. I do wish to receive emails regarding real business contacts regarding my account.

i had question about some of the information I was receiving online so I called their number to clarify what I was reading. I got a live person on the phone and they spent quite a bit of time helping me. Not only were they very helpful, they were very pleasant to deal with.

Quickly allowed me to transfer from my previous supplier to them. When I called them on the phone, I was immediately put in touch with a person instead of a recording and I was immediately transferred to the person who was able to help me. This was the OPPOSITE experience of that with Major Energy and Verde and when I later looked up those two companies on the Better Business Bureau site, they were rated with warnings and alerts. Inspire energy, however has a reputable rating
