Incredible company and service. I have worn Inov-8s going back to 2011 and F-Lite 195s. Their boots have been amazing hiking 500 miles per year in nothing but the Roclites. I cannot recommend this company, their product or their service. Lifetime customer.

Fast & efficient
I received my order really quickly. Ordering online was easy and using the size guide it was easy to find the right shoe size. I would have given this review 5* but I had a bit of hard time getting passed the address validation. It might have been due to auto address completion in google chrome. But really I'm just nitpicking

Good descriptions of shoe choices, rapid shipping and an excellent product.

Inov-8 shoes are an excellent choice for the true trail runner or hiker of rugged trail s. Wide toe box, excellent toe protection, firm heel support. Most of all excellent lugs and sticky soles work well in dry rocky or loose leafy sections of trail. Just completed a trail run on Sifnos Greece- Rocky dry and I was as sure footed as the goats we saw on the run. In my experience with Inov-8 over the past 20 years the shoes are exceptionally well made and durable.

I've tried various other brands of trail running trainers but Inov8 are by far the best in my experience. If you are looking for a new pair definitely give Inov8 a go! Durable, supportive and really comfortable Can't fault them. I've been through 3 other pairs of "high end" brands to this one pair I'm still using.

Talked with over 3 people each time starting from begining. Webshop didn’t want to process my credit card three timmes. One of the models I wanted to buy got sold while the website glutch was being resolved. Also, a gift code expired due to malfunction. Overall poor technical user experience.

Last weekend I participated in a 42 kilometer trail running race in Hidalgo, Mexico, where I faced extreme weather and terrain conditions. My chosen shoes were the INOV-8 Parkclaw G 280, and I can say that they were the ideal companion for this adventure. From the first kilometer, the excellent grip of the Parkclaw G 280 was noticeable. Despite heavy rain that turned the terrain into a challenge of mud and slippery rocks, the shoes maintained impeccable traction. There was not a single fall during the entire race, which speaks of the safety they offer in difficult conditions. Reactivity was another point to highlight: I felt a great response in each stride, which allowed me to maintain a good pace even in the most complicated sections of the route. The combination of lightness and stability of these shoes was perfect for facing the challenges of the terrain.

Navigating the products online is somewhat user friendly. In trying to find a new versatile shoe for lifting and running, there were several models of shoes that popped up listed under "Outlet" availability. However, for many of those color ways or models there was only one size available (either very small or very large). Some color ways were no longer available at all and still popped up as thumbnails. This made narrowing down the search for a shoe a bit challenging because it was a click and load, sometimes for several color ways, only to find that shoe is no longer available.

Once a shoe was selected, the purchasing process was smooth. Email updates about order confirmation, processing, and delivery were timely, accurate, and professional.

I bought two pairs of running socks and three wears in and both socks have holes in the toe. Very disappointing. Plan to write to inov8 about the quality.

I ordered the new Trailfly shoe. Although it's very promising, I needed to exchange for a half size larger shoe. The exchange process was simple and friendly. I'm very confident the new shoes will be even better than the Inov8 trail shoes I already own (which are fantastic).

I have nothing to complain about Inov-8 but the carrier they used to deliver my purchase in Italy.
Inov-8 trusted the parcel to Poste Italiane.
You can see that all reviewers agree on the fact that the delivery service of Poste Italiane (SDA spa) is a fraud.
In my experience, they falsely claimed having come twice by my address and not finding me (actually, my address was not that of my home but one of their point's).
Eventually, I had to go two times to SDA's centre (50km driven with my car) to get the parcel.

This is my second pair of inov8s, I loved my first pair and wore them out completely! Perfect for CrossFit workouts, love being able to slip them on and off. True to size.
