My son paid $100 for 2 chains

My son paid $100 for 2 chains, come to find out very fake and will turn skin green, (that's what fake stuff do), jewler said fake before he took put of package, I'm going to get his $$ back, I hate thiefs.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
I requested a refund on 3 out of the 4 items that I ordered from them.

I've written them 4 times in the last two weeks for them to honor their return policy. They stopped writing me after the first email.

Definitely Taking A Risk

I bought several pieces; however, I sent a chain back for a different size. They acknowledged in writing receiving the chain and gave excuses they were behind on shipments. Bottom line I never received the chain or my money, since late April. Good luck with these guys. If it’s too good to be true, it’s not good at all.

CS fixed my order mix-up so fast

Not gonna lie, I messed up my order pretty bad. Clicked the wrong thing, ended up with stuff I didn't want. One quick chat with customer service and they sorted it all out.

Fraudulent Return and Exchange Policy

I ordered a chain and 3 bracelets from Imperium and had to return the chain and two of the bracelets in June because their silver pieces look cheap. The third bracelet was supposed to be exchanged for a smaller size. I have confirmation that they received the items but still have not received the refund for the silver chain and two bracelets. The exchange for the 3rd bracelet wasn’t even the same bracelet. They sent me another silver bracelet! The only way to contact them is through email. I’ve sent Several emails with NO response! Their return/exchange policy is fraudulent. Better Business Bureau is my next recourse. I need my money back!
