Good customer service representative

Good customer service representative, don't pressure you and explain their product in detail so you understand. They give you a heads up when renewal time comes around and what options you have. Been with rhis company for a while now and have no complaints. Completely satisfied this far.

Stress-free

Agent was extremely courteous and professional. She very carefully made sure that I understood every aspect of the transaction. I thought it a bit excessive - but I did appreciate that, since she didn't know me, she made no assumptions.

I was calling to cancel my service but…

I was calling to cancel my service but the account representitive explained my contract had expired and my monthly rate was elevated from the conteact. She signed me up for a new one year contract for my gas and electric. The representetive was very pleasant and calmly walked through the process and the cost savings.

I tried to tell the man I did not have…

I tried to tell the man I did not have time for his visit I felt like he disregarded the fact that I said he'd have to come back another day. My family had just arrived from our of town and I barely got to visit them before they left because they could only stay 30 minutes he then wanted to give me a full out explanation of what he was doing and I didn't even want to sing up for anything but he told me I had to. I feel like he should have came back at another time so I had time for him to explain himself and what he was doing. Although I liked his personality he needs to know that when someone says not today that means not today

I just feel good about them; and the account manager Abbey Pond is extremely friendly, well thought out and was very professional to speak with.

Worth it!

A nice young man came to our door and said he was there to be of help to us with our gas bill. I usually just say no and shut the door. Very glad I didn’t. He checked our gas and electric statements and is saving us at least $30 a month. Sometimes, it pays to listen. You can always say no, if it isn’t a good offer.

The sales man at my door quoted me a 2…

The sales man at my door quoted me a 2 yr plan at a much lower price. When I called the main number and spoke with a representative, I was told those are not the prices or the plan. They would not honor the prices that were written down by the salesman. Bad business to not be honest.

Representative, Les, Great Customer Service

We liked that we had a rep, Lester, come by and took the time to explain all this to us. He reviewed our utility bills and present coverage. Plus, he will follow-up with us yearly.

Helpful and courteous

Since I don’t have very much ch direct contact with IGS, it probably means that they’re doing a pretty good service for me. The few times I have had to communicate with them, they have been very helpful and courteous.

I have been with IGS Energy for over 10 years

I have been with IGS Energy for slightly over 10 years. I have been amazed at the care of employees for as long as I have been with the company. I have been helped greatly by one of your Employees Mike for over 7 years. Mike goes above and beyond for his clients.

The young man was very polite, I. asked. him to come. back because I was super busy. and he did without any problems...was super with explaining and showing me. on my bill. You need to give him a raise.
