I purchased 100 billion gold but encountered an issue to accept the delivery due to an in-game cap of gold (99.99 billion) allowable in the stash. Live service chat reps were always responsive 24/7. It took a bit longer than estimated to get what I purchased, but I received it. They would always update me when I reach out. They said there was an influx of orders for the recent game so it took longer than usual.

AVOID! I bought kinah for aion classic and asked them to trade via private store as it’s safer but they refused to do it and sent it by mail. My account got blocked for 7 days and all kinah was taken away so basically I paid for service I didn’t get. Because I had no email from aion to say that they blocked my account, IGGM conveniently couldn’t help me. Worst website for buying in game kinah. I am absolutely fuming.
