Hard to showed it worth for its price I paid over thousands dollars value. And NO professional authenticate certificate for the jewelry. A little disappointed!

I own several Idyl pieces that I love but the latest one, the Frankie earring, has been very disappointing. The piece itself is beautiful, but the stem of the earring is so short that I'm unable to get it into my cartilage piercing. The earring is virtually unwearable and is only good for sitting in my jewelry box. Not happy about this.

It was my first order with Idyl. The order was so easy to make and was received very quickly, in 5 days by international courier. The earrings are amazing - so sparkly and well made. I wasn't sure that the size would be right but they are perfect. I love them. Now I am compiling my wish list from the rest of the website (and checking my bank balance) ;-)

I spent thousands of dollars and it’s stuck in customs. No one can give me updates or answers where it is. I filled out all the paperwork like they said. They said don’t worry there no additional costs to the customs and I did have to pay extra. Really upset with the experience.
Edited: I had multiple emails with Eva who was extremely helpful and kind. They really seemed to do everything they could but it was a customs issue. I obtained my jewelry and loved it. I loved it so much I’m ordering more.

Sparkly jewellery, great customer service! I love their jewellery, the diamond really shines. Customer Service is responsive, very nice, and super helpful. The screw of my piercing earring was kinda loose and I lost it after 1 day of wear, but Idyl team quickly sent a replacement free of charge. Happy to say that the new screw seems a lot more secure in my ear too :)

I have ordered a few times (several is 7, not that many) and have been extremely pleased with the product. Some did not work for me - and they were immediately tended to and taken back with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I am about to place another order right now and it is a comfort knowing that IF you are not happy - there will never be an issue.

I’m very picky about jewelry and I have sensitive skin, so naturally I ordered from idyl with a skeptical mindset. However, the pieces are absolutely gorgeous… like no words beautiful. So sparkly, substantial, unique… just breathtaking. I have received so many compliments every day (even though I shower, swim, beach, hot tub, exercise ect) and my idyl pieces are still as gorgeous as the day I purchased them. Friends and family have since purchased and are also very happy with their purchase. I have several designer pieces that I love also, but the quality of idly will keep me coming back for more! Beautiful jewelry and fast shipping. I love how the diamonds sparkle and it’s truly fine and quality jewelry. My favorite are the earrings and necklaces. I also own their bracelet but the ring is a bit hard to open and close and I’ve had it open one time while wearing so it’s easy to lose.
