Best in class
I’ve been on the program for 10 months now. I hesitated signing up to one of these as there are so many options and I was concerned they’d all be a bit vanilla. It’s been nothing like that. From my first discussion with Andrew to my meeting with James Collington my coach, the program has been excellent. I travel significantly and have limited spare time, but James has been excellent at fitting a health and fitness plan around my lifestyle. I don’t get lectures on food or calories, but get realistic advice and programs to help me get into the best shape. I’m fitter now than I was 15 years ago, I’m sleeping better, I’ve got lots more energy. When I travel I chat to James and he will tailor the program around my schedule, and design exercise for the specific gyms at the hotels I stay at. It’s perfect for me. The app is intuitive, and there is a fun group chat with weekend challenges, all of which helps with the motivation. Can’t recommend highly enough.
