Very methodical, high accountability program

Excellent program. Very methodical, allowing to track caloric intake, sleep, steps, weight, and exercise.
Great method of setting successive weight goals and tracking them, with fortnightly feedback loop with the coach.
I lost about 30 pounds over 4 months, and on track to shed 30 pounds more.
Great job, guys!

It’s exactly what I was looking for!!

This program is amazing! I have used similar ones in the past and I must say the connection I have to HPH is far superior!!

From tracking food, thought in the workouts, constant chat and connection, to feeling a part of the community…I love it!

David is amazing. Couldn’t ask for much better. It’s exactly what I was looking for!

When starting my AMF Fitness journey I…

When starting my AMF Fitness journey I weight over 81kgs, now down to 72kgs.

With some self belief, accountability and knowing the support of Andrew and his AMF team I've progressed since the start.

There is no quick fix. However along the way your body realises what's good for it and the hard work does pay off. Plans to be structured around life's issues. Most importantly to keep going!

The only thing that's stopping you is You.

Go for it!

Good catalyst for healthy habits

Andrew has been accommodating as a coach all the time along the way. I need to note that I have been able to decrease my weight by 14kg at some point. I have also grown my muscles considerably. But it all takes discipline and big effort. It’s hard to achieve and maintain the gains. Nevertheless, I have embedded healthier habits in my routine in terms of daily rhythm, more movement and training and nutrition. Really helps when spending considerable time of the day at the desk.

The System Works - If You Do!

I have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of HPH - from the initial contact; the onboarding; my plan development and then the high-level contact points with my trainer, David G. He is very engaged with me on nutrition and customizing my workouts. It’s a collaborative effort and I love that about this group.

My goal was a gain strength, mobility and change my body composition. In 90 days I’ve seem tremendous gains in strength and in the way my body looks, clothes fit better and my cardio has improved due to the workout conditioning.

I communicate with David multiple times a week and then again during our video checkins so I’m confident in what we are doing. I’ve established new habits and withered a few ups and downs but feel really great about what we are doing.

If you’re travel for work, have a busy lifestyle and are struggling to get on track with fitness I highly recommend High Performance Health as your fitness partner. You won’t be disappointed, if you do the work.

Amazing program. It works.

I have been on program for about twelve months and this was the first time I have used an online personal trainer. I was hesitant at first but decided to take a leap of faith and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I reached my weight loss goals, achieved my six pack and have now moved on to the muscle building phase. The app makes everything very easy to follow and I can’t speak highly enough of my coach Andrew. He is highly professional in everything he does and provides me with clear and concise information whenever I need it. The tailored program helps you to make better choices in life, with food, training and your overall health, by taking away the guess work. One of the best decisions I made was to invest in my health. If you are ready to make the commitment, you will get amazing results. Highly recommended.

Not a miracle pill. Hard work and discipline required

Pav has helped me understand the most important disciplines in achieving goals. Dropped 20 pounds in 9 months from 203 to 183. Feeling great as I approach 58.
If you make the commitment you will see amazing results.

Best in class

I’ve been on the program for 10 months now. I hesitated signing up to one of these as there are so many options and I was concerned they’d all be a bit vanilla. It’s been nothing like that. From my first discussion with Andrew to my meeting with James Collington my coach, the program has been excellent. I travel significantly and have limited spare time, but James has been excellent at fitting a health and fitness plan around my lifestyle. I don’t get lectures on food or calories, but get realistic advice and programs to help me get into the best shape. I’m fitter now than I was 15 years ago, I’m sleeping better, I’ve got lots more energy. When I travel I chat to James and he will tailor the program around my schedule, and design exercise for the specific gyms at the hotels I stay at. It’s perfect for me. The app is intuitive, and there is a fun group chat with weekend challenges, all of which helps with the motivation. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A Program for the Busy Man

As someone in their mid 50s I realize I'm going to need an extra push as I face the challenge of getting older. High Performance has a great balance of community, personal accountability with a real person, and a very useful app that helps me track progress. The trainers use the app to add new workouts, offer helpful videos, and help monitor important stats. I renewed after 6 months, not because I hadn't reached my goals but BECAUSE I reached them and didn't want to stop there. Suddenly I felt empowered to achieve more than I had expected and my friends are noticing. Highly recommend!

The HPHP is a fantastic company

The HPHP is a fantastic company. They provide the highest level of service to their clients and follow through on all of their promises. I have had tremendous success working with Pavol, this include losing around 30 pounds, getting much healthier and feel much better.

This program is ideal for people with busy schedules. Bi-weekly “catch up” calls are plenty to be held accountable. I’ve tried a lot of programs & diets and this has worked the best. Colin Hughes is great!

This program is perfect for highly efficient and busy people who are trying to find the time to stay healthy. The accountability and programs that are put together on a regular basis really helped me reach my goals that I had in the beginning. Since I started I have hit them and I have completely changed my way of life. I put my health on another level and have sustained it and that has made it worth it!

Exactly what I needed on my journey to better health and fitness. If has helped me create a firm foundation that I will be able to maintain. The app was easy to use, was well integrated with Apple Health and had everything available at a glance. My coach was great, always available to answer questions and provide the encouragement I needed.

More results in 8 weeks than 29 years in the gym

I have been training for 20 years in the gym and eating healthy but i never achieved the results i wanted because i was not tracking my performance and I had no training plan and no diet plan. In 8 weeks i have lost 5kg and completely toned up. By just having training goals, nutrition goals and a dedicated program for both and tracking everything versus the goals I made this huge progress. it is so easy to do in one simple app and the training takes no more than 4-5 hours a week. Stop wasting time trying to do it yourself and use this program if you genuinely want life changing results to your fitness and health. The team is brilliant, really friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help via text or zoom call. I can’t recommend this program enough…it is worth every penny!!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the High Performance Help Group. I've been a member of their program for about a year now, and I can confidently say that they live up to every bit of their promotion.

Throughout this time, I've had an extremely pleasant experience. The program is not only positive in its approach, but it's also genuinely effective. Over the past year, I've lost about 35 pounds, and at 45 years old, I'm in healthier shape and stronger than I was back in my high school sports days.

The group is filled with great guys who are supportive and motivating. The program itself is top-notch, and I'm certain that you won’t be disappointed if you decide to join.

What you need when self motivation is not enough

I needed a "boss" to supervise both me and my in person personal trainer. After a year of unsupervised activity we were in a rut. I was going thru the motions. Six months with James and now I actually work out. Better yet I enjoy it. James was everything I could have asked for and more. My health is very grateful.

I really like my experience with the…

I really like my experience with the high performance health program , it’s the first time I work with someone who accommodates my routine ,likes and dislikes rather than asking me to drastically change my routine to get to a healthier lifestyle
When I first joined i was told that I will have my day planned for me (exercise /meal planning) through the app and this was delivered as promised and most helpful for me not to have to think or plan my day.
James is very helpful and has this great advices and insight that he always shares and makes sure I follow to build a sustainable lifestyle
