Coningsby house Bar Donna Farley the managers here fail residents kat ,Terri , numerous reports was made to them about one young vulnerable man living here how he was been severly bullied by one individual to the point police , ambulances , council etc all got involved to help this young man kat and Terri failed him numerous occasions he pleaded for help yet got non shame on you !!! It got that bad this young man who we all miss dearly had to move he's been failed big time by kat wild / Terri metcalfe shame on you .

I just spent all day trying to get roompicks to relay my name to the hotel I'd booked through them. I got there a day early so just booked the first night straight through the hotel. Easy as pie. The next morning I go down to have the hotel check me out and back in (I've done this dozens of times with Priceline with zero trouble). The front desk tells me that my name only exists in their system from my early arrival booking, that Roomspick hasn't forwarded them any of my info. After calling Airbnb, they suggested I try going to the front desk again. NOPE! Name still isn't there. After going back and forth between the three dysfunctional "hospitality partners" ALL DAY with ZERO resolution to my issue, my suggestion is TO NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH THESE GUYS

As a current tenant at 5 Mark Street Unit 3, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others considering renting from Guiker & SplitSpot. Unfortunately, my time here has been marred by persistent rodent infestation issues and ineffective management practices. Despite multiple complaints and evidence provided, including sightings of mice and rats, the sublessor has failed to address the problem adequately. This has led to ongoing discomfort and inconvenience for myself and other tenants. Additionally, the management's approach has been hostile, with surprise cleaning fees and random inspections adding to the frustration. The overall living conditions have been unsatisfactory due to these issues, making it challenging to enjoy the property fully. I highly advise against renting from Guiker & SplitSpot at 5 Mark Street Unit 3. The rodent infestation and ineffective management practices make it an unsuitable and unpleasant living environment. Proceed with caution and consider other options before committing to a lease agreement here. Due to the severity of the issues, I have been forced to move out early. (Of course splitspot is still happy to collect another month's rent knowing they have a rodent issue)
