I love my Monarch butterfly shoes. They are very unique, and just what a butterfly lover have to purchase. I had to order twice, because the first pair was too large. i am a butterfly lover, I raise Monarchs in my butterfly garden.

I messed up and didn't realize that I had an old shipping address attached to my account until I'd already completed the order. I emailed right away and the folks at Hot Chocolate were able to correct my error and ship my shoes to my billing address instead. They were very nice and helpful through the whole process. The shoes are very cute and fit perfectly!

Everything is so adorable on the website. I ordered size 8 shoes, but realized they were a little tight. I immediately went on the web site and followed the process of returning items, printed a label and mailed them back. In the meantime, I ordered the correct size and they were at my house before I knew it.

First of all, I love the shoes. Each design is colorful, creative, and unique. I've been waiting to buy my first pair and jumped on the opportunity when they style I liked most went on sale. When I received the shoes I did notice some small production flaws, and when I wrote in, I was offered a discount on top of that, which was very nice of the agent I spoke with. I have already ordered my second pair!

Easy to use the site, sizing easy to understand. Shoes are adorable and I was happy to finally be able to afford a pair because there was a sale. I have to say they will need an insole as they don't have much cushion, but as a bigger person that doesn't have overly wide feet, the width was perfect and I love the toe box that gives my tootsies some room! The style of the shoes is amazing and if you want something truly different and FUN, then this is the place to get that footwear.
I absolutely love the coffin cake shoe box that these purple plaid flats came in, however because it was sent in a plastic shipping bag with now bubble wrap or anything, the box was sadly squished. As someone that always keeps their shoe boxes, I found that terribly disappointing. I am going to go after it with a roll of packing tape to try and fix it.

The shoes we ordered were too small. Receiving a return label was easy and quick. As soon as they were notified that the UPS received the shoes, Hot Chocolate started our refund. I ordered the correct size. Not only are Hot Chocolate shoes adorable & unique, their customer service is excellent!
