The shopping experience was excellent. The salespeople left us alone to shop. When we did have questions they were very quick to answer them without being pushy. When we did decide on what we wanted, they were quick to write up our order and arrange delivery. The delivery team was on time and very efficient, both in delivery and in cleanup.

Evan, at the Richardson store was very personable and attentive to my special needs. He remembered special features I had previously mentioned and made sure that I was comfortable with my final choice. The entire staff waa friendly.
I will return. I recommend this place for anyone looking for furniture.

Every time we've stepped into the store, it has been a wonderful experience. No hounding from sales people, just friendly check ins. Tim, Emma, Innocent and one more gentleman whose name I can't recall (had a cowboy hat on the first time we met), were all wonderful. The complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream is a great touch! They even have a TV playing children's movies with seating at the back of the store. Furniture is beautiful and we found our bedroom set here. Trusting that the process will remain positive through to the end!

Our sales representative, Keith, was a great help and very attentive. We never felt pressured to make a decision and Keith was a wealth of information concerning the product.

No pressure sales. Professional people, decent prices. The only question is the commercial says made in Texas, the boxes say " Made in Vietnam".

I had previously contacted Home Zone Furniture via email and telephone calls regarding the replacement of a leg for my Monroe Bench. After several attempts I was unsuccessful in getting it replaced. In spite of, I decided that I would give it one last try in hopes that I would be successful. Much to my surprise, I was pleased to hear from Kelly that within 2 weeks I would receive 4 legs in lieu of 1 and a Customer Service Agent named Felix would come to my home to install them. I was informed via email and text messages from his arrival to his departure. Everyone did a great job 👏

I had a bad experience my first time with Home Zone but understanding mistakes happen I judge companies on how they respond to those and Home Zone response was very good so I decided to try them again. My salesperson Evan Howe was professional and personable and allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision. Very impressed with him , price and product.

I shopped online and loved the Galveston II collection. When I went to the store, Evan assisted me. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get a sofa, recliner plus a mattress! The store is lovely and the furniture is amazing! I'm completely happy with my experience!

The salesman Timothy Jones was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the discounts that were available to us. Timothy was very patient as we decided what we wanted and found the colors that worked for my wife. The reason we chose Home Zone was the American/Texas made products. I would highly recommend your store.

This company provided excellent customer service. Our salesperson, Malik, was so inviting and helpful when we were looking for a specific kind of twin sleeper sofa. He was attentive to our request and did a wonderful job helping us find exactly the piece of furniture that we needed. It was so nice to walk into this lovely store and be able to find an actual example on the floor of the item that we needed and be able to try it out. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service we received from Home Zone.

When we walked in, they told us a little bit about the store, but then let us roam around and look as we wish. They were not pushy and didn’t follow us like other salesman had done before.

Kylie Butcher was a pleasure to work with. Kylie greeted us upon arrival, introduced herself to us, asked what our specific interests were and allowed us to take our time and look at our pace. Kylie did not hover over us but was always available to respond to any specific questions we had. We never felt pressured which resulted in a very enjoyable shopping experience.

This team is great!! This is our fifth time in five years buying furniture here and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and price!! It’s nice to know our furniture is solid and made right here in Texas! Emma was helping us with selecting a sofa when she heard my mom say she wanted a teal color sofa. She could have shrugged it off and finished the sale on the one we were looking at but instead went to her computer and found my mom the beautiful color sofa my mom really wanted (a discontinued style) and at HALF the price!! Thank you and big shout out for helping my mom Emma!! We are customers for life!!

Daisy Valle did a great job explaining the process since it was our first time at Home Zone. We love the chair the design was slightly different than the floor model but no issues. The only negative was that we could not get an arrival time of the truck to the warehouse where we were picking up. Just kept being told wait for the text.

I’m upset with the warranty but I guess not a lot you can do. Mattress is inly 2 years old and already has several .25 size dentions and they put more mattress pad under it. I’m sure this continues til your warranty runs out the your out of luck
