Do Not Buy!!!! Customer Service Sucks!!!!
Our son built a new house and ordered $10,000.00 worth of appliances and after almost Four months after the order, he is still Missing Half of his two part refrigerator. Two were shipped to him badly damaged and now they refuse to send him another one as though this was his fault?? Their customer service is Horrible!! You cannot speak with Anyone directly with Forno and these guys that sell their products in the US are Pathetic!! If this gets resolved I will do a follow-up review because we do not like leaving negative reviews but they truly deserve this one!! I would not recommend anyone buying an appliance from these guys because they don't care whether you ever get what you ordered or not!! They got their money and screw the customer!! Unbelievable!!
