This is my 2nd time around with their Bank statement loan product and just like last time it was the smoothest experience in all my real estate transactions. Darrin and Jayne are amazing, totally helped guide me through the process. Total team effort and a willingness to get me my home by working with my realtor and also the home builder. We had the best experience working with Jayne and Darrin. They were very upfront and honest and helped us close on our dream home as first time homebuyers. After being turned down elsewhere I finally found Jayne and Darrin at HomeLife for our cash out refinance. As a husband/wife owned business owners with no other “normal jobs” it made it difficult to obtain financing but these guys specialize in self employed customers. They overcame several obstacles I had come in the way with other companies and was able to quickly get us financed with a much better interest rate (with more cash out option too)! They were able to get an investment project financed for me even without my taxes being completed! And was reasonable in time, interest and closing costs. There were still hoops to jump through but nothing I couldn’t manage, also great communication and very responsive- even on weekends…

In this business it's hard to find someone that you can trust will get the loan close at the rate and leverage they first purpose. I've done several loans with Darrin now and he gets the job! He's always available to talk to and has an extensive amount of knowledge in lending industry. Trust me you won't be disappointed working with him.

Jayne, Darrin, and Sara at Homelife Mortgage were fantastic to deal with. I did a bank statement loan with them which allowed me to provide 24 months of bank statements for a 30 year mortgage. The process was simple and efficient, and they were always there to answer questions for me if I had any. All of the documentation was prepared quickly allowing us to be ready to close before the expected closing date.

THESE ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE! My loan was a Bank Statement Mortgage Loan to purchase my residential home. I am self-employed and had a hard time qualifying for a conventional loan. We were two days into escrow, due to close in 28 more days. Not only did they get us approved FAST but also they were ready to close 5 days earlier than scheduled. Sherrie, Darrin, and Jayne are wonderful, polite, professional, and AWESOME! Not to mention they were able to offer me the best interest rate out of 8 other companies I applied to. Darrin, Jayne and Esther did an exceptional job on my mortgage loan. Darrin is so nice doesn't mind calling all the agents to make sure we are approved despite of pre approval letter. Listing agents still want to talk to broker to make sure you are approved with the loan an able to execute the loan. Darrin and Jayne are very responsive even 7pm when I need to change the pre approval amount of loan Jayne send back within 10 minutes of updated pre approval loan. Darrin is a man with Work when he said 30 days we close. He really did execute within 30 days of the opening escrow. Very greatful with Homelife mortgage!

Great for independent contractors!

Very good experience.
Our primary contact was with Jayne, but had positive interactions with Sherrie and Darren as well. We were clear to close nearly a week in advance. Their PROACTIVE approach was very apparent in our early discussions, and the reason why we chose them. We did not experience one single surprise from underwriting.
