The quality is as always great! However, I would really love the ability to give each picture its own color and style (frame and mat) I had to quit ordering from your business because the pictures would not adhere to my walls for some reason, I have found another way. It would be nice if I could assign each picture its own style😃

I paid extra for the advertised next day flower delivery and was told it would be delivered by 7pm. They said the delivery was in town and was on its way. 9pm rolls around, two hours after it should have been delivered, and I’m told the flowers aren’t even in state but the other side of the country and won’t be delivered for another 2 days! I was offered to take off the extra 18 dollars I paid for next day delivery but no effort was made to get my flowers there any sooner. I cancelled my entire order and will never use or recommend ever again.

My husband and I have been avid live Christmas tree lovers all our lives, unfortunately the cost of live Christmas trees in our area has become astronomical so it makes more financial sense to switch to a fake Christmas tree. Since we both are live tree lovers picking a fake Christmas tree has been extremely hard because none of them look realistic enough for us. We asked for recommendations for fake Christmas trees and many people recommended balsam hill. We have explored their website and love a lot of the trees however we were having a hard time deciding because we could not see them in person. We found the branch sample box and saw that the cost of the box is taken off the cost of your tree purchased and decided to get one. We received it in the mail yesterday and it helped us make a decision on which tree we want to get. Without the sample box I don’t know that we would have been able to make a decision so it was a huge help. We can’t wait to order our tree and see how it looks all setup!

We came in for a Tempurpedic bed and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so we were able to actually place the order. Then we asked about some additional pieces we were hoping to find soon, and ended up ordering two desks that we also needed. When we left we were displease with having spent so much so quickly, but extremely pleased that Avneesh helped us complete our to-buy list. Would love to work with him again.

The plants arrived in very good shape. You were one of the few nurseries to sell in larger pot for a reasonable price. I was very pleased.
