I came here to get supplies that Home Depot didn’t have for starting a number of seedlings. Papaya, guava, annona, garcinia, Eugenia, yum berry, lime, & carob to name a few. I’ll likely come back for supplies as long as the prices stay competitive and the selection is good. Ordering online was pretty easy too. Good website. Staff called when my order was ready for pickup.

I've owned and operated grow shops for close to 10 years in the past but currently I'm a customer. This place does it right!!! Well stocked, clean, welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service! It's not easy checking all those boxes as I'm a pretty big critic in most shops. Tyler and Chrissie are great business owners and they give back to the local community big time. Stop by and see for yourself if ya dont believe me!

Ordered Tango via their website. Their price was very competitive. Plus, they offered free mail delivery to our local address -- saving me a trip to town and the time involved with that. Their website worked well and they accept all sorts of credit cards. Overall, a great experience.

I had no problems ordering . My order was shipped out very quickly, and was shipped to my PO Box, something Amazon sellers would not do with this product. It was packaged thoughtfully to avoid leaking, and had a sweet handwritten and illustrated thank you note inside too, which made me happy to receive:)
It was a great experience buying online from them, and nice to be able to get what I need from a local seller.

The nutrient I bought is hard to find local, I always have to pay big charges for shipping from Mainland you guys are good price and local shipping charges, You made a new customer. I will stop by next time in Hilo check you out…

My grandmother recently asked me to take care of her garden and she told me that I required to buy some stuff for it. I applied to several companies which are specialized in plants/gardens but there was no result at all. Finally, I faced this one and I asked customer support whetehr they had in stock some plants which I needed or not. Fortunately, they had them in stock and I asked them tp describe all the details of delivering of these plants. I go my plants just within a week and already made everything I had to do in order to help my grandma. Awesome service.
