I was on the fence and now I am a fan

I was on the fence about barefoot shoes, but I took advantage of the memorial Day sale, and got a pair for me and a pair for my spouse, and color me impressed, they are comfortable. My spouse says he wears them and he has no knee pain, and when I wear mine, I have little back pain and every day I put them on the pain lessens

So impressed!

So impressed!

I have been extremely impressed with both the shoes and with this company.

First of all, the shoes are helping to correct some foot and postural issues I'm working on, and I'm delighted with them.

Secondly, when I had an issue with an order (because I wanted more) customer service was extraordinary. They handled the issue with great confidence and competence. I appreciated all of it and I'll definitely keep ordering these shoes from this company!

Hikes are comfortable for all feet!

I am on my feet all day and wanted a shoe that would be comfortable and not ruin my feet. So far this shoe has turned out to be working for me without any discomfort. They give a lot of toe room and they do not squish any part of my foot that would ordinarily cause pain with other types of shoes or tennis shoes.

Best accident ever

I,accidentally ordered two pairs of different sizes in the same color. I waited for my delivery thinking, I would send the wrong size back. Today my order came. I really didn't have to have the larger size after all, these shoes feel better than any, I've ever had. I will in the near future order another color. Totally intend to keep both of these.

False Claims

I was thinking of ordering a pair of shoes advertised as Hike.co.uk
This is not a UK company!! Falsifying representation is illegal.
Telephone Customer Service is overseas from UK.
Having read issues & numerous complaints, it’s almost identical to firms who are Chinese & will not accept Returns and send wrong sizes & do not refund payments 🤷‍♀️
British Trading Standards need to research this & many other companies for authenticity 🤔

Great for alleviating some foot pains.

These shoes have been a real lifesaver. For years I have been plagued with retrocalcaneal bursitis, which tends to be aggravated by normal shoes after a while, and an eight-hour work shift was not pleasant. So I took the gamble and tried a pair of the Lorax. Since I started wearing them, I've not had ne bit of pain from my bursitis and even my plantar fasciitis has been mitigated by not having such constrictive footwear. 5/5, would buy again.

Bought for husband

My husband loves these shoes the only thing that he didn’t is once they were worn for a bit they stretched out and didn’t fit as tightly so maybe mention fits snug as new but will loosen up. Remove the tongue of the shoe so it doesn’t bunch or fold.

Disgusting service over months trying…

Disgusting service over months trying to return shoes and advised they’d send me a free pair of socks to make shoes fit -really? Couldn’t obtain a return address for shoes after multiple email requests over a long period, and have now finally given up.

Hike shoes are the only ones that I…

Hike shoes are the only ones that I wear now. I am 82 years old and began struggling with my balance. These shoes have improved that issue, and also has helped with my occasional backache. Yesterday, I received my fourth and fifth pair for the cooler weather. Looking forward to the fall.. Thank you, HIKE

I was dubious at first that this…

I was dubious at first that this company wasn’t legit, I actually received the shoes 10 days later ( internationally shipped and not from the UK ) which were flimsy and not really worth the money in my opinion,
The heel part of the shoe didn’t feel secure on my foot and I’m concerned it will slip off when walking. I’ve attempted to contact customer no service twice now and despite their claims of an easy return, it’s far from it.
I’m still waiting for an email so clearly their tactic is not to reply in the hopes you’ll get fed up and keep their inferior product.
If you’re reading this BEFORE ordering a pair ( which I clearly should’ve done ) my advice would be to not order a pair and save yourself £££££ time stress and effort.

Hike Footwear Wants to Scam You


Hike Footwear has horrible customer service and I don't think anyone besides "Emily" works there. It takes days to hear back via email (stall tactic) and they definitely don't answer the phone. Hike is a knock off of Vivo Barefoot which is fine and so far the 2 pairs out of 4 I'm keeping are ok. The other 2 pairs are going back and when I requested a return they started me on a runaround so I immediately filed a dispute for the full amount with my credit card. You should do the same. pdf emails, take pics of product, screenshots of their website, and your original order. Make a timeline of dates. Don't get mad, play their game, contact your payment source and get your $$ back! Their return policy says absolutely you can return. These issues started on September 12 (a week after receiving product) and it is ongoing until resolved fairly- which will be in my favor. Make them do the same for you.

Company very honest quick in resolving…

Company very honest quick in resolving issues and quick sending the items very good price. When arrived very comfy able to wear very light awesome for the beach rivers where there’s rocks and water and need to cross walking these shoes are the best.

Comfort Shoes

My personal experience with the first pair of shoes has been two fold. First, amazingly helpful in the walking with a "bare-foot" feeling. This allows better control and balance in all aspects. My Podiatrist is even impressed with the shoe. Secondly, the shoe is distinct > people notice, ask, which creates discussion positive about the shoes. I make sure that the contact information is given on how to reach the company. Thank you for such a great product! I wish I had a Tee-Shirt to wear with your logo and contact info, to save me from constantly texting. Though I proudly tell anyone where my shoes come from. Keith

Love & now Getting Some For My G'Babies

Well, first, my shoes fit pretty comfortably-even on the foot where a bunion has formed. Second, my 2nd toes are long and fit comfortably. Third, I like the website and the various articles I can read. Fourth, I just found out (via an article) that you have shoes available for kids. I will be getting some for my g'babies for Christmas.

I was skeptical about purchasing after…

I was skeptical about purchasing after seeing these sneakers on an IG "infomercial." I have been burned before on IG especially when the product looked so good on the screen and when the purchase arrived, it was inferior quality and EXTREMELY hard to return! So, I purchased these shoes with great apprehension.
They came in a timely fashion, and I started to wear them. I do have some knee and back issues but because these shoes are so thin without much obvious foot support, I was not expecting these sneakers to do much to help. In addition, I have NEVER worn any shoe without a sock or a ped so, again, I was not expecting much.
Pleasantly surprised! I have no problem wearing them sans socks or peds and they are comfortable to wear all day. Currently, I have no knee or back discomfort but honestly, it is hard to say if it is because of the sneakers, I would like to say they are the solution. I can say comfortable and easy to wear and easy to slip on and off! They are a permanent part of my shoe collection! I am giving a 4 star ONLY because I am not 100% sure that my back/knee issues were resolved by the HIKE sneakers...would like to think so!

Customer service was called for a…

Customer service was called for a simple size correction and they were awful. They make promises but no follow up. Exchanges should be a simple process but I will stick to Nike instead of Hike if they cannot process simple exchanges. The product wasn’t bad, but if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Love these shoes! These shoes take a little getting used…

These shoes take a little getting used to, but once that happens, they’re fabulous! I have high arches, and asked for arch supports, and they sent them right away. Once that was resolved, I started wearing them regularly. Now, I don’t want to take them off. Fantastic shoes.

Return process is not easy as they…

Return process is not easy as they claim. Have to email them for link and they keep offering partial refunds to keep product. When you decline they want you to exchange for other product but won’t even give you store credit. Ended up having to dispute claim with credit card. Was told I have to pay for return shipping to get store credit. If that is case then I should just be able to get a refund like I requested.

Love These Shoes I received my package when it was…l

I received my package when it was scheduled to arrive. I put these shoes on right away and have NEVER wore a pair of new shoes that was comfortable from the moment I put them on. There was some stitching on the tongue of both shoes that was a poking my feet which was irritating. Once I trimmed them all was great. I never wore shoes that felt comfortable from the moment I put them on until I took them off hours later.
