Great to rehab knee surgery

Invested to rehab myself from major knee reconstruction. Being a physical therapist myself, I knew from experience that biking can be very effective and well-tolerated for post-op recovery, with minimal risks. E-bike allowed me to start out with mostly motor drive, then gradually ease into less motor and more personal muscle effort. That works great! Full recovery with no overwork setbacks. Bike performance has been great, excellent range over somewhat hilly roads. Don’t known total range, as I have never got to the end before getting home for a re-charge. My guess is 30-35 miles of up and down country roads. Actually get 30mph on flat at level 3

Awesome Ranger S

Several months ago, I ordered a HeyBike Ranger S in the motorcycle. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I love it and get lots of compliments on the look of my bike. I ride on mostly bike trails and sometimes around the neighborhood or in the woods on forest trails. The bike has performed well everywhere. I have no problem going up hills and the brakes are awesome. I like the limits on the various PAS levels, which helps in crowded areas and I'm happy with the top speed in PAS 5. It's like riding a slow mototcycle. I would recommend my HeyBike Ranger S to everyone!

I have nothing but good things to say…

I have nothing but good things to say about HeyBike. My customer service experience has been excellent though a little language barrier. Every time I reached out to them they've replied to me and everything's been great. The bike is excellent no problems at all love the ride, love the value. The Bike works excellent great power rides smoothly handles very nice. The accessories I was able to get works great works out fantastic for me and my wife. I would recommend these bikes to anyone!

Kudos to Todd in Heybike Support!!

Kudos to Todd in Heybike Support!!! I purchased a Heybike Ranger S last year, 2023 and at that time I overpaid $70,00 for an extra battery. After numerous requests for reimbursement I didn't receive the $70.00.
In the interim, I needed a left front brake for my e-bike, Todd made certain I received reimbursement for the $70.00 as well as the brake assembly!!! I greatly appreciated his support, ethics and follow-up... Thank you, Todd!

We ordered two bikes as a combo for our…

Birthday gif for grandkids
We ordered two bikes as a combo for our grandkids unfortunately, one bike came in and not the second one. The company is already taking care of that issue. We have assemble one bike and it looks very sturdy well built and they’re heavy. Assembling the bike is not difficult at all. Sylvia from customer service rep advice because of the delayed on the second bike They were going to offer me a free gift. Hopefully it might be the phone holder 2.0. yesterday I got an email to leave a review and I would get an additional free gift. (Phone holder 2.0 for both bikes. So far, we are very happy with the bikes my grandkids are super excited. Hope to have many funs with them.

We purchased an ebike in July 2023 and…

We purchased an ebike in July 2023 and are having motor issues with it currently just 14 months of use ..A motor issue!! And they are not honoring the 2 year warranty saying that when we purchased it, it was only for a year! Pretty lousy bike to already have a serious issue after one year, and they are refusing to do anything to help! I do not recommend hey bike, spend a bit more and buy a known reliable brand as the chances of u having issues will be high in a very short time!!

Best bang for your buck ebike…

Best bang for your buck bike I could find. Also great customer service. We have 3. I put together all three 2 horizons and 1 ranger s. All issues were resolved in a timely matter.

BEWARE!! - SCAM SCAM!!! False Advertising, Even Worse "Customer Service"!

I bought a $1,500 E-Bike, and then I reached out to support to ask how their "30-Day Free Trial, Buy with Confidence" works. The support person said, "Unfortunately that is no longer our policy". It is ALL OVER their website, in banners, descriptions, and on every product detail page! So I immediately requested to cancel my order. They said no problem just write [Suport Email]. 4 emails later I finally got a response where they made up another policy that is not in their terms or refund policy and said if I wanted to cancel they would charge me an 8% fee. The order was not even processed, shipped, nothing! They just make up "Policy" as they go. Furthermore looking at their claims on peak motor on these bikes, it seems like there are many false, misleading specs that are inconsistent with previous marketing material. Reviewers say 1,200 Peak Watts, they claim 1,400, and most commonly peak is not 100% over the motors base wattage. If you decide to purchase one of these bikes, at minimum buy it from Best Buy so you have a big retailer in the middle of yout purchase.

I placed an order on July 18th and…

I placed an order on July 18th and except for the email confirming the order I have heard nothing. I have sent messages through their "chat" service on their website. But no response. I have called their customer service lines and after a few minutes a message comes on telling me to call back when they aren't busy. I used my order number on their website to "check my order" but it always says "waiting fulfillment". My particular bike model says that it is currently shipping within 10 business days but it is now almost two months since they took my money and I placed the order. It looks like this might be a scam so I will have to figure out how to get my money back.

My daughter is enjoying her Ranger S

I bought the Ranger S to my 18 years old daughter and she loved it, she’s enjoying a lot, the expectation was much higher than we expected and now I’m buying another Ranger S to my 11 years old daughter.

Have had issues with the drive train…

Have had issues with the drive train almost since purchase.
Customer service always responds quickly, but doesn't do much. Takes extremely long time to get replacement parts bc they don't keep items in stock. They always tell you the part is out of stock, and you have to wait for it to come from overseas. Had the bike a year, and been down for three months of that, waiting for parts to come.

Love my Hey Bike Tyson

Love my Hey Bike Tyson! I got it almost a year ago and can’t imagine going back to always needing my truck to go places. So convenient, rides smooth and FAST, battery has good range and charges quickly also! As long as you keep up with maintenance and check your screws etc every so often you can take it almost anywhere! I love riding the trail or taking mine downtown where parking would usually be impossible. And it goes beyond just the bike being awesome, their customer service and support teams are top notch and always so helpful!

Trouble with the warranty… .We have had…

Trouble with the warranty… .We have had our bikes approximately six months, but I’ve only had the opportunity to use them about 10 times. The other day we went to go somewhere with the battery showing fully charged and when we put it on the bike, there was nothing it was as if the battery was dead. I got the company to let them know about this and they did agree to replace the battery if I would pay $60 for shipping… Not sure how that’s a good warranty. I’m not very happy about it!

Great value

We are not professional bikers but rather wanted an Ebike to ride around our neighborhood & Fort Myers area. The assembly was a bit challenging but once completed, we have enjoyed using the bikes regularly.

Purchased the HeyBike Sola about a year…

Purchased the HeyBike Sola about a year ago. Love this bike. Very efficient and can get about 40 miles on one charge. I get a good workout on it as well as setting it on speed 1 doesn't overdo it on the electric assist, which I like. Overall very solid bike for the price.

I purchased a hey bike explore

I purchased a hey bike explore. I had this bike for just over a year, and as soon as the warranty ran out, I received a bunch of unrepairable and unfixable codes. I proceeded to spend another $1,000 on parts, at the behest of this company's technicians and engineers. My bike never worked again.

Very bad customer service

Website makes it feel like it's shipping in a few days, but that's a lie. Charges money immediately without shipping. Very bad customer service. Not easy to communicate. Does not make cancellation easy at all. Have to use credit card dispute. Stay away from this scam company.
