I communicated before I bought anything and they were very wonderful/helpful that way. I have not used the product much yet to be able to say how that is but the customer service was great.
Dog treats are very hard & other treats I’ve used from other places were soft ~ I didn’t read the information to find out more on treats so that’s my fault.

I couldn't find the way to put a different address for mailing and your chat person said she would take care of it on her end. I use your cbd oil every day helps me to stay connected with the energy of the plant world that knows bigger picture of what humans are living through now. I wasn't sure what do do to help my elderly dog as she began transitioning out of life. I wanted her to not feel pain and enjoy the time she had left. Vet prescribed medications were not the answer, since they left her groggy and unstable, so I contacted Healing Harbors. Their customer service was phenomenal: helpful, compassionate and personable, and quick in getting drops to me, to help my sweet old girl. Happy to say that the drops worked well, and they calmed her and seemed to help her manage the pain much better than the previously prescribed pills. Thank you so much!

Easy to order with a quick delivery. Unfortunately the product didn’t produce the results we were hoping to obtain ie sleep pattern. Our grand dog takes it and help with anxiety (Maine snow sliding off a metal roof). Seems our pooch and her sleep issues didn’t cooperate.

I am 73 and have been struggling with severe arthritic pain in my hands for a couple months. I can best equate my level of pain to feeling like I had punched a cement wall. My Great Danes.....these guys have kept them pain free for a couple of generations. When our last two boys hit 10 years old and these were big Danes, arthritis really started kicking their butts. Stacey to the rescue and eventually both dogs died a comfortable natural death. Now we have Fast Eddie, who's not so fast. He was diagnosed with arthritis just starting in his shoulder. My newest use for Body Butter is when I fall (I do that a lot because I'm always in a hurry). Usually my knees and elbows get annoyed with me but now as soon as I pick myself up I slather the Body Butter on the hurting appendages and I'm amazed at how quickly the hurt is gone. I use it on my arthritic feet and wrists and it's awesome. I will never be without it, in fact I have a jar in each bathroom! My senior dog also takes a few drops of the pet tincture each morning and if I forget I see a difference in a matter of days. I love Healing Harbors products and I love their customer service.
