The Upper Belvedere Palace Tour was fantastic. It's an art gallery and palace tour all in one. We loved the details shared in each room and the rendering of the rooms during their time of use.

This company has great support for online booking. I had some problems downloading the audio guide and they helped me right away.
We were happy to buy online our tickets to skip a huge lineup at the ticket office.

Headout does not monitor the third party businesses selling tours on their platform.
Our tour to Auschwitz got cancelled by AT Cracow ONE day in advance. As there was no possibility of booking anything else, my day was RUINED thanks to this business. No alternative solutions were provided either, and they blamed the Museum - which is false. This company does not book your tickets officially and is a scam. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Brought normal standard tickets from headout for bran castle - stupidly because I read was quicker if brought online. It cost about 40% more & had to wait about 15-20 to get tickets from headout team.... everyone else walked straight in w no queue & brought tickets on arrival!

It was our the first experience with Broadway theathres and The Lion king was really beautiful. :-) Great music, great performers, beautiful costumes, funny details... So we enjoyed well and I have to say that it was expensive, but I don't regret that money... I can recommend it, espetialy for families with children. Tickets from Headout was OK, we don't have any troubles to path through with these tickets and also webshop was friendly for us.

Fairly easy to find the joining point (open-top city bus tour) but being Rome the city centre was absolutely gridlocked with private cars, so lots of time in stationary traffic in nondescript streets.
That said, an easy way to see many of the main heritage sites.

The setting is lovely. Temperature of the outdoor baths was nice and warm - there are indoor pools as well which we went to see but we didn't use them. Changing room are well managed. It was very busy the day and time we went and we only managed to secure 1 seat in the pool area for our party of 6. Overall glad to have visited as this was our first experience of baths like this.

Refused entry next day due to ticket valid day before ,
After contacting them they assured to sort it out , then just sent refusal to honour ticket , did not get to go to park .

I was unable to collect my pre-paid 7-day Venezia Unica ticket from the machine as I have a visual impairment. I would like to praise the extremely helpful and patient staff at the Information Centre (People Mover, Tronchetto) who helped me.
Venice Unica is an excellent solution and I will certainly use it again in the future.

Tomás was a good guide, but sometimes was difficult to follow the story he wanted to tell. Even so, we loved the final part which was an explation of how did the duels in the colosseum ended and the gestures the emperator could do to decide the destination of the gladiators.
