I've been a repeat customer and everything overall has been great. Great shirts love all the patterns that you carry. Only have one small gripe to share. Please let the customer know when a certain shirts are on backorder so we can choose a different shirt so we're not waiting weeks for our order to arrive.

This will be my first order from Hardaddy. I can only tell you that ordering is fast and rather easy. This site offered many payment options which is always nice with easy instructions. That's all I can comment on for now, more to follow after I receive my order.

Had a question immediately after placing my order. Used the chat line to address my issue. Was told would need to pay a $1.00 refundable payment and an agent would call me..Paid but got alert from my credit card company of a fraud charge of $46.00 that they declined. Tried to make a written request but was advised my email and order # did not match.

I purchased four shirts for my husband for a cruise we were taking. I bought them in June. I received two of the shirts, the other two were shown as backordered. I reached out to find out how long, etc. They then sent me a letter a couple of weeks later at the end of August saying that they’re out of those and I needed to pick two more. Which I did. Only to find out it was going to be another six weeks before I would receive them. Our cruises tomorrow. I had to go and buy shirts from somewhere else. I love the quality of these shirts, I love the designs. But the communication from the Company is not great. When you’ve Paid for merchandise and three months later you still don’t have it… and no idea When it will get here if it even does.

love the selection. I would love to see a twin towers memorial shirt with a flag, "We will never forget!" writing on it. On a bright sky blue background as it was the day it happened.

Bought 2 shirts. Website is great, price is good. Shipping was OK time wise. Got the 1st shirt and it was made of really light and cheap feeling material. It was also about 2 sizes too small. I am a 4XL and it was more like a 2XL. The second shirt has not arrived yet. I'll be returning the shirts. Hope that process is easy. The receipt has instructions but it looks harder than it has to be and I have to pay for return shipping.

All of the shirts I have purchased (5, with 2 more on the way) have been as shown in the pictures. They are accurately sized, and I have received numerous comments from strangers on how nice the shirt looks.

Generally ordering was pretty easy. The size charts were helpful. I am not sure if I got the best discount because copy/paste of the code didn’t work. Went back and a different offer was there. If the shirts are like what is online, I am in for a great experience. I love all the graphics!

Website was easy to navigate. I like having "real" model pictures that list sizes so I know how to compare and purchase for family members. Plus the shirt options are so fun!
