They delayed my delivery for almost two weeks. And when the chair did arrive, it arrived in a broken package condition. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged.
After less than a month of use, the chair's foam has sunk. It now has a shallow spot on the foam and it doesn't recover. Would not recommend.

Product was exactly as advertised. My cat even shredded the massage USB cable, and they shipped me a replacement for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend, this chair is very comfortable and durable. Very easy to assemble and take apart.

the last time i order a chair from you, it was delivered to the wrong address and you offered very little to help, telling me to go to the house where it was and pick it up myself, i thought you were crazy asking me to do that. i thought i would received a discount this time like you promised and i did receive no discount or compensation.

10 out 0f 10 would recommend. I found everything I needed quickly and easily. The site was easy to navigate and Shopping was a breeze. I found the chair that I wanted along with an additional cushion. I received email status updates that kept me well informed as to where my packages were and when they would arrive. Everything I got was at a great cost and I plan on shopping there again.

I have ordered 4 chairs and one desk from GT Racing and every experience has been great. This company truly gives you the best bang for your buck. I do not recommend the absolutely cheapest chair but anything higher priced is well worth the money.
On my most recent order my glass desk arrived damaged by the carrier and GT Racing sent me a replacement desk. Which is the right thing to do and I'm happy they followed through. Thanks!

From the moment I hopped onto the website until I finished assembling my purchase it was a pleasant experience. I had no hiccups and was presently surprised at the quality a build. This was initially meant to be a starter kit, but after having spent time in it, it’s definitely gonna be my go to for a long while. My purchase was definitely highly underrated.

It's a total scam, I purchased some Hexagon LED Wall Light Panels, on the website it states there warehouse is based in the UK, however after my tracking number was provided it turns out the shipment is actually from China so you have no way of knowing what they are actually sending you, avoid avoid avoid, very very shady!

I never got the custom pillow... I got a pillow but it says "GT Racing" not the customer words I wanted... also the price was misleading by the time I got all the add-ons we were well over 300$

I love the chair. It is very comfortable and does exactly what I need it to do. The Bluetooth speakers are ok. They are a bit tinny and have absolutely no bass. I don't really like bumpin' anything that loud, but having the ability to hear some bass would be nice. It took me two tries to put the chair together since I was fighting the castor wheels the whole time. I didn't realize the amount of force necessary to set them.

My son needed a new chair for school. GTRacing had a coupon so I ordered from their website. Very quick delivery. The directions were easy to follow. My son is about 6ft 200lbs. It fits him perfectly. Also really cool speakers on the chair that are Bluetooth.
