Great discounts when it works. I have to email support every month and a few times a month at that for different accounts not working. Such a hassle to get an answer but when they answer it’s great. Phone doesn’t work so don’t bother, it’s probably some landline in a room that no one uses.

Being an avid reader of Fox News, I saw your advertisement for buying investment homes. I was in the perfect situation for responding to the ad I saw. When my Father passed away, I bought my siblings, 4 of them, out of their share of the home that my parents had built in 1955. I could not afford to maintain the house on my income so I rented it out. My renter, I thought, was trustworthy and would treat my home with respect. Well, he didn't. He moved out unexpectedly leaving behind an awful mess. I did not have the means to pay the house note and make the necessary repairs. Omar was my contact and stayed with me throughout the entire process which was very comforting to me. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with and I greatly appreciate him. The closing took place March 1, all is settled, all is good and I can move on with my life. Templar Real Estate Enterprises was disappointing, though not a complete disaster. While they eventually got the job done, the process was far from smooth. Communication was inconsistent, with delays in responses that left me feeling ignored at times. The team didn’t seem fully organized, and there were a few mix-ups that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. On the plus side, they were polite and did make an effort to resolve issues when I brought them up. However, I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a stress-free experience.

They were really great! I had so many questions as there’s so many cash home buyers nowadays I didn’t know if it was real or a scam. Let me just say they are definitely legit. I was very skeptical at first but after speaking with Frank, he answered all my questions and concerns, and helped me find a solution to my problem. We closed last week on my Fort Lauderdale home. It only took 3 weeks and now I’m currently looking for another place to live as I stay with my parents in the meantime. Overall a great experience working with this company! They moved me out for free as well. Would definitely recommend if you need to sell now and want to get paid cash. 10/10!
