The system requires wifi or it doesn't generate electricity. Our unit has spotty wifi due to interference and disconnects frequently

Recently had solar array and Tesla Powerwall battery storage system installed. John the owner was absolutely brilliant at going through all the particulars in great details (which I like lots of data and info) and took time to answer all my questions via phone and email on multiple occasions before I made my mind up to go with the install. The installation itself was seamless and the fitters were polite and curtious. Great job made and really happy with the end job. We had a couple of teething issues which John and his team were able to correct for me at a later date. Always nice to get a great service even after you have paid your monies so you know they not going to ditch and leave you when a problem arises Thank you so much guys 👌 we really appreciate it

Purchase Vtoman Jump 1000. After 9 months the charging slowed down, it took several days of solar charging and a few hours of AC charging to increase the available power capacity by 20%. The display is showing 0 charge going in. After Vtoman initially responded with the request for purchase details., they ignored all subsequent emails with my requests for assistance. Poor product backed by very poor customer service.

Handy website to give an estimate regarding solar system size. Was in the early stages of determining whether solar was right for me and this website helped me get a rough estimate of what size system I would need. Based on the information provided it got within a reasonable margin of what several solar companies actually proposed. Good to know that my system isn’t undersized or overkill for my needs

This company lies, they give you a quote of lower rate, but when you get a bill it shows a higher rate. When I tried to reach them that why is my bill showing higher rate.....? they blamed it on Oncor. I will never used them again.
