This company lies

This company lies, they give you a quote of lower rate, but when you get a bill it shows a higher rate. When I tried to reach them that why is my bill showing higher rate.....? they blamed it on Oncor. I will never used them again.

Avoid this company!

Avoid the company signed up for an account and they answer phone immediately but when you call with questions you will be on hold forever and no one ever answers, so I try to cancel my account within the 3 business day window and can’t even get an email all they say on the online chat is they sent in request! Can’t talk to anyone!

Avoid this company by all means…

Avoid this company by all means necessary they are crooks. Horrible hold time and customers service experience. I was threatened to be charges 300.00 for a meter re read. This is ridiculous no one knows what they are doing can't explain the bills they are sending you. Again don't use this company...I will be contacting th3 Public Utility Commissioner of Texas also filing with the Better Business Bureau

Literally bought my account from Energy…

This company literally bought my account from Energy Texas, and didn't communicate with me at all. Nothing, not an email, a letter, a phone call. Just turned my power off ... Worst calamity I've been through with a public utility company EVER.

Then they send you to an web page with some much information, it's evident they don't want to communicate. They just want to confuse you into giving up trying to communicate.

Terrible company.

this company it is terrible

this company it is terrible! 500, 600,700,815 dollars
my bill is getting higher. what!!!!!! i Do not have pool, 2 story house , garage, just 3 bedroom kitchen and living room with 2 small bathrooms.

One year into program

We just last month reached our 1 yr anniversary with Rhythm and renewed to a different contract. If the results are, as were explained, then we will be extremely grateful. We look forward to new results with roll over energy paying for taxes and fees as well as the actual energy used.

All things Rythm!😊

Customer service, autopay ease and the fact that we still have the option to receive a paper statement via snail may. We are two retired Texas educators on a very fixed and limited monthly income so we appreciate the value. We like the weekly emails and text messages detailing weekly usage and projected final bill balance. Finally, and perhaps more importantly, for the future of our children and grandchildren we must look to renewable energy sources. Our planet needs that and the state of Texas needs that whether our governor and legislature believes it. We believe our grid is suspect at best and abysmal at its worst.

So far so good ...

So far my electric bills have been better than with my prior provider and have tracked my usage record that I keep daily .. it is renewal time now so I will see if Rhythm stays as it is or tries to raise my price per kwh like every other company has done on renewal.

Outstanding Energy Company

My husband and I signed up for Rhythm Energy a little over a year ago and are so glad we did. The customer service is extraordinary, the prices are good; and we love the weekly emailed usage report which provides an easy to read, valuable summary of usage & costs that keeps us on track. Also, we will eventually get Solar and like that Rhythm will be compatible with our plan.

Being new to Texas

Being new to Texas, but aware of the grid problem through national news it was a big concern to me to reduce my risk as much as possible. Rhythm offered a locked in rate which was an area people were scammed by unlocked rates per the news. Also Important to me is the green factor as I prefer clean energy as much as possible. Prior to moving here, I had changed my kitchen gas stove to electric induction and found my upper respiratory problems drastically reduced and no longer on meds. A big proof to me of the health problems with gas. I believe in promoting a healthy future through green energy. Their have been no interruption of services and pleased with the weekly updates of usage. A new feature to me.

I saved the electric bills from our…

I saved the electric bills from our previous carrier over the year. As I get my electric bill from Rhythm, I've been comparing them. Rhythm's bills have definitely been less each month. The big test will come now that summer is here and the air conditioning is on. I'm anticipating the bills will be less. We'll see !!

Easy to sign up

Easy to sign up, no hidden costs and very affordable. Highly recommended- beats all the well known suppliers by far. Great customer service as well - that’s unique, they really care about their customers.

Call for more plan options!

While searching for lower energy rates, I came across Rhythm. I had some questions about a particular plan, so I called. I wasn't on hold for forever, and the customer service rep even let me know about a cheaper plan than the one I was calling about. Needless to say, I switched. So far, I'm very happy with my service.

We love the weekly emails and text…

We love the weekly emails and text messages detailing weekly usage and projected final account balance. Finally, and perhaps more importantly, for the future of our children and grandchildren, we must look to renewable energy sources. Our planet needs it, and the state.

They don't listen customers

I landed their chat screen to ask about possible plans. They said "Wait for 3 mins" and they made me wait for 15 minutes. They shared promotions, additional services but no answer to my question. At the end of the chat, before I left. I asked for my last day on their service. They didn't answer my question. I decided to leave from Rhythm at that moment. That moment was a real "A-ha" moment because they don't listen customers and they don't answer questions.

Fantastic support

Fantastic support, a well made website that makes payments easier. Constant updates about my power usage, that can be turned off easily. Overall I have loved being a Rhythm customer.

When I first signed up I was a little apprehensive about the KWH it was higher than I normally have paid. I’ve had the best experience of my adult electricity company life! They have the best customer service and support and and and the prices aren’t bad either! 10/10 would recommend.

Rhythm representatives are very helpful. Rhythm provides an overview of your potential bill and tips how to lower the next bill. Rhythm is also the most affordable out of the other electric companies we’ve had.

Rhythm made it easy to switch...

The transition from our old electrical provider to Rhythm was simple. They took care of all the work to get me set up, I didn't have to call or email anyone to make the changes.
I like the weekly usage updates and information on my daily usage, great feedback.
