Scott is very knowledgeable and personable, and from the beginning offered help, explanation and progress updates. He was always responsive to any questions, with answers that hit the core of any issue. I will definitely call him with any future questions or to apply for a new refinance. This is not my first endeavor into reverse mortgages. The comparison between my prior mortgage company and GoodLife is unfair because there really is no comparison. The service my mortgage officer,Chris Lee, provided was amazing! No question was unanswered. Non of my inquiries were treated as tedious or not important.
the interest rate was high on my prior loan and Chris made sure everything was completed as fast as possible to save me money!

My loan is a Refinance, so I have been through the process before. Ken was very postive all the way, however I started to become anxious when my file went to another department in the Home Office. They seemed to want to find ways to "not do" my loan, even after the apprasial came in over projection! I believe a reverse mortagage is to make life better for seniors, not more difficult. All's well that end's well, thanks to Ken holding my hand.

Just closed a refinance of reverse mortgage. Dealt with Richard Hawthorne throughout the entire process. He was very personable and caring whenever a setback came up. My understanding is my loan was his first with this company and he handled himself very well to be a new employee for them. I am sure his streamlining will only improve as his knowledge of their processes grows. Great guy to deal with overall.
