I bought 2 sizes hoping one would fit. Unfortunately, neither fit as I expected and the fabric was much thicker than anticipated.

My experience with the Good American Co couldn't have gone more smoothly in placing my order, quickly receiving my order and the return process was easy.

I would recommend their products, they just didn't work out for me.

I have difficulty finding jeans that fit me. With Good American, every pair I have purchased have pleased me.
Other than having to shorten the length, the Jean styles are the way I prefer. Not too tight, nor loose.

From the moment I entered the store, I was warmly acknowledged by the staff and immediately offered assistance. The customer service was fantastic! The jeans I purchased, as always, fit perfectly like a glove. These are hands down my favorite jeans—super comfortable, flattering, and definitely worth every penny. I'll keep coming back for more!

Good American jeans have become my favorite and go-to brand for jeans! They are so comfortable, super stylish, come in all shapes and sizes including petite for us shorter folks, are priced appropriately, AND feel fantastic in the waist (no muffin top hanging over).

The prices are a little high but it’s worth it. The quality and fit of everything is incomparable. The size charts are easy to follow and the styles are always on trend.

The jeans fit perfectly (which almost never happens when you buy them online). I was very surprised at the high quality - no offense to the Kardashian brand, but you can tell by the way they were made, to the tags and packaging - it’s a quality product I intend to get my jeans from moving forward. (Lucky were the only ones I could wear that fit this well before). I have no reservations purchasing them online from Good American. They have great sales as well!

Don’t like the way you advertise 40% discount on skinny jeans the last few days and when I clicked on several pairs there was no discount just find everything very confusing. Ordered a denim skirt a few weeks ago and the order was cancelled stating no stock but yet it’s still on your website to order. I have purchased 5 pieces of clothing in recent weeks and they are lovely I just think the offers and stock of items are very confusing.

Phenomenal quality jeans! I’ve bought two different pair and love them both. Great fit. Fast delivery. Customer service is top notch and professional and returns are easy. This should be a role model for how all retail businesses should be run! You have a customer forever!

Terrible smell. Like death and mold. Soaked in vinegar and baking soda and washed multiple times and the smell was still there. Unwearable.

My first time buying Good American jeans. Every brand seems to be a little different in sizing. I ordered my usual size in multiple pairs of jeans. While some fit others did not depending on the type of jeans/color. I was able to make multiple returns very easily to get my correct sizing. I like how quick and easy it was to make a return and get my exchange fast.

Good American has fantastic customer service. They were incredibly helpful and responded to my inquiries so quickly! The T-shirts I have purchased are a staple piece I do feel they may run a tiny bit big, so next time I think I will size down. But I still wear my basic white tees all the time!

The jeans I ordered ended up being larger than the description and measurements indicated. The real discouragement was how the tag was placed on the garment. The tag was placed horizontally across the fold/opening of the jeans, so it had to be removed in order to try them on. However, once removed they were no longer eligible for a return. Fairly disappointing that they were set up to be non-returnable.

I had a negative experience that the GA team turned into a postive by offering me a refund and store credit so I could find something that worked. I buy GA jeans as much as I can because they fit the best of my petite frame and I don’t have to get them hemmed. I’m glad they’re helping me find a new style after retiring mine x

I love most of the jeans I have purchased, but one pair purchased about a year ago ripped near the back pocket. I didn’t complain to GA until I bought another pair and the exact same rip occurred 3 months after purchase. I contacted GA and was told that since I purchased the jeans at Saks, I should contact Saks. I did, but Saks will not accept anything back after 30 days. So one pair lasted 9 months and one pair lasted 3 month and I’m out $350. I expect a pair of jeans to last years, not 3 months or even 9 months. Poor quality. And GA should have sent me new jeans despite the fact that I purchased at Saks. The jeans were made by GA , not Saks so GA should take responsibility.

I received my order sooner than expected, that’s where it ends. The jeans themselves don’t work for me. The always fit rise is too high for me, the waistband gaps and the material bunches. There’s a very strong smell coming from them even after being washed. I purchased a final sale pair, returning them is not an option. If you have short legs and prefer a midrise these are not for you.

The store is very well organized by style. Although I did try on a few different styles. I found the exact great pair for a pretty hip 78 yr old grandma who is hoping save enough to go to Europe and visit my family there next year
