I bought an engagement ring for my…

I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I am happy with both the price, the design options on the website and a very expeditious delivery (the ring actually arrived before Glamira's order notification!).

The quality of the ring is decent and probably as good as can be expected for the price. I chose an AAAA quality sapphire gemstone which looks beautiful and is a stunning light blue which surprised me.

A special shoutout must be given to the service representative Andrea who helped me in my request of an extension on the 60 days resize refit. She was very helpful!

All in all, I would certainly recommend Glamira. I'm sure my girlfriend (soon financé) will be buying wedding rings here as well.

I used Glamira for my Fiancee engagement ring……
Then i read alot of the negative reviews and was worried sick!
However, i shouldnt have worried as apart from being 7days late, it was exactly as described etc!
Quality is excellent! Very happy with our purchase

Very unpleasant impression

Very unpleasant impression. I'm sorry I have to write this because I don't like to spread negative things on the internet.
unfortunately, I cannot rate the product because I have been waiting for the shipment for over a week, since the agreed delivery date.
Glamira keeps making excuses with generic phrases and no result. I really dislike their approach - communication with the customer. we just don't care... Unfortunately, they ruined a very important day for me, for which I was buying the jewelry.
Personally very disappointed, I hope that the product will "arrive sometime" and at least improve the impression a little.

You offer a delivery that was not correct. I still waiting for the ring that supposed to arrive 30 August or 04 September. I have to buy another ring because I have a Trip to Costa Rica. I will return the ring to Glamira

The ring was flawless and beautiful.

Looked exactly the same as on the image, the sizes were just perfect, my only concern was that the ring holder box was way too big. Beautiful, but too big to hide, which was a tiny problem as I ordered it to propose to my future wife. I did it with a little trick, and she did say yes! Beautiful piece of ring, and I do recommend everyone to try out white silver with ametyst as it looks majestic, be original your partner will or should approve it!
Funny little story just as my mother tried to help find out her finger size, she did find this exact same ring with the exact same settings as I already ordered that time, so it was the universe stuff! I really whish everyone a great propose or just gift day, this ring changed our life and crowned it for sure! Also never fear to kneel propose, it will make future memories 10x more beautiful!

Bought wedding rings in April 24 for…

Bought wedding rings in April 24 for wedding in August 24 ..worn for approx 4wks! Rings tarnished scratched and lost all colour. Reported to customer services! who didn't want to know, didn't fall within the lifetime warranty.. so now stuck with shabby wedding rings. Absolutely disgusting service, would definitely not recommend STAY CLEAR!!!

Completly satisfied.

The package arrived a week later then estimated. Everything else was perfect and I’m completly satisfied. The ring is beautiful, even better then I espected. The amount of options and costumization they provide is better then any competitom I’ve managed to find in Europe.

Perfect for small hands or pinky rings

The only place I’ve found rings small enough to fit my pinky finger without getting a bespoke size. There is a great range and lots of options to design the ring to your own specifications. As the rings are made to order, it does take a few weeks to arrive, but notifications are sent when the ring is ready

Would not recommend

Customer Service is absolutely abysmal,telephones are never answered even after waiting over 1 hour and half. Appears to be no formal complaints process in place. Emails are returned with the same generic responses with no attempt made to address issues raised. Main gem stone lasted 6 months which was supposed to last a lifetime due to no fault of our own and they deemed this acceptable and refused to accept any responsibility. Yet when I took the ring to an independent jeweller for a second opinion they stated the main stone was not what I had believed I had purchased. In the end I have had to pay myself to have a genuine opal put on to my engagement ring. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy.

Engagement ring

Regarding the product I’ve ordered I’m really happy. It’s very high quality and beyond expectations.
Unfortunately I can’t tell the same regarding the delivery. I had to receive my order 9-12.08, after numerous angry emails from my side I received it on 20.08, after the anniversary for which was the engagement ring ordered. So I highly recommend that you have online support center in such cases.

Believe or not?

I love it!!! Very nice :) You made me very happy with your work! I am affraid broking the plug-in stem of the earring because seams a little bit weak. But I hope, everything will be ok, if I wont take off it everyday.
However:
Today I tried to start another shopping with gift card,wich I got for my earlier rewie. Is seems it didn't work. I tried to pay my order. The money was taken out my account, but the order wasn't finished. When I tried to keep contact with Glamira I could to do it only wia chat. The Glamira wtote me I'd better arange it with my bank... so I don' know what I should do... I'm disappointed very much.
