Happy kitties

First all, I will say the customer service was impeccable. I accidentally ordered a dog collar and a cat collar, and I meant to order 2 cat collars. Furlife sent me another cat collar and let me keep the dog collar even though it was my mistake. My cats love their collars…no itching, bugs or harm to us while holding them. I love that they are free of chemicals and still WORK!! We will continue using them.

Love the Product

I have three large breed dogs, and just love that these collars are free of harsh chemicals, I have been using these collars for over a year now and no itching, no bugs, and girl's love them. I love the bright colors they come in also. I definitely recommend these collars to all my friends for their love ones. Great Price! Great Product!

Happy FurLife

This is the second time I’ve purchased FurLife collars for my dogs. I purchased two 8 month collars last year. They worked so good, and no harmful chemicals, I knew I would purchase again. The twelve month pennant came out and I purchase two of them several months ago. The collars and pennants both have been excellent, up to my full expectations and my two fur babies expectations with no question!!!! I will be purchasing again next season!!!!!

Disgusted!

Disgusted!
I bought this for my 4 dogs. The collar worked for about 2wks then stopped. It also gave one of my dogs a neurological reaction and I thought she had a stroke. I was so upset. I’ve tried calling but you just get an automated response saying they can’t answer and no way to leave a message. I’ve submitted for the money back guarantee and they refuse to give the money back. I submitted it within the appropriate timeframe and they never responded and are now saying that it’s outside the guarantee window. I have all the emails showing the when I reached out to them and how they just give BS responses and refuse to refund the money. Do not buy from the company!!!

I love that their products are all…

I love that their products are all natural and don’t contain harmful chemicals. My Buddah Bear was around another dog that I found out had fleas, but because of this collar no fleas for him!

I have ordered from this company twice…

I have ordered from this company twice and I highly recommend it to all my fur parents. I love that their products are all natural and don’t contain harmful chemicals. Their customer service is probably the best I’ve seen and are very quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. I will definitely continue to use their products!

I have two dogs that I take down to…

I have two dogs that I take down to public areas like a former quarry that has now been made into baseball diamonds where many many dogs are walked daily. Thankfully, they keep it mowed, which is good, but the outer perimeters have a lot of weeds and long grass

I put the collars on them in the spring and I have not had one tick or one flea the whole summer and this is the beginning of September. The only thing I would caution is make sure they’re not too tight or too loose as time goes on

I will definitely buy them again next year

I would give ZERO stars if possible

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The collar is ineffective. I've written several emails requesting my "money back guarantee" and I consistently get an auto reply that does not address the refund. And NOBODY will answer the phone number provided for Customer service and it doesn't allow you to leave a message. The collar and this company are a joke!

We love these collars

We love these collars! We have 6 dogs. I was giving them Bravecto to fight the ticks and fleas (we live in Florida) which costs over $60 per dog every 3 months. Looking for an affective, lower cost alternative, I decided to give these collars a try. Well, they’re working as advertised …. no fleas or ticks. The great thing is they last 6-8 months, versus 3, and are a fraction of the cost.

Business practices are deficient

I saw this company advertised as being better than Seresto…I had to have it! Ordered them for my pets before reading the reviews that are clear that they don’t work. Tried to cancel almost immediately!!!

The emails to cancel came back as undeliverable. Called them on the phone, collars were not packed and for sure not sent when I finally got someone. He did not want to refund my money. Finally when I threatened to call my card company he said he would. Saw a refund issued in my account. End of story? NO!

Checked my account and the refunds had fallen off but the charges remained. Got in touch with my card company to get my refund.

Today the package that should never have come arrived…sight unseen it was returned.

Maybe they are better than Seresto, though I doubt it, I will never know because I have no plans to deal with this ‘made in America’ scam again!

I have had two dogs suddenly develop…

I have had two dogs suddenly develop neurological disorders that led to them both being put to sleep at early ages. It was devastating! I believe these problems were a direct result of oral flea and tick meds.
I am so grateful for Furlife. I haven't had any trouble with the performance of their product. Thank you for saving my babies!

Works like it states and my dog likes them

My Doberman, Duke, Loves FuLife like they are treats. I love them because I don’t see any flees and ticks. We live on 20 acres with deer and other wildlife. Duke is always clear of insects. Never had even one since we started with FurLife.

I love this product

I was a little leery of trying this product because the vet pushes the oral medication’s. One of my pups that was on the oral medication‘s ended up with Cushing’s disease and I believe it was from that medication. Anyway, I decided to try this product, I have been very, very happy no fleas no ticks, it works like magic and I don’t have to force feed my dogs. Something they don’t want.

I will def order again!

The product came in a timely fashion. Directions for use were clear and easy to follow. My cat who is older and has never warn a collar before has had no problems wearing this one. I feel really good about this healthy alternative!

After buying one we quickly discovered…

After buying one we quickly discovered it works so well tha we purchased 2 more for our babies. 2 dogs and a cat. The one for the cat is on its way. Our dogs have had there's since before the start of summer. My dogs are finally living life without irritating fleas and ticks. Thank you Fu ife for this amazing product.

This company DOES NOT believe in their own product

Nope! This product DOES NOT PREVENT fleas. They claim it prevents and fleas will not bite but my cat and dog were miserable. So we are out lots of money and time trying to fix the damage left.
They claim ‘guaranteed’ they claim ‘flea free’ when we asked for a refund we were past the 30 days (hassle free 100% guaranteed) so I guess I will just try to prevent someone else watching their sweet pets go through the misery and hope FurLife assesses their integrity.
This is what they sent me-
We would like to clarify that our products are designed to repel pests rather than kill them on contact. This means that it's possible for ticks and fleas to be present on your pet, but our pendant will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. It's essential to regularly check your pet for ticks and remove them promptly to ensure their safety. We also want to emphasize that while our anti flea and tick pendant is highly effective, like any treatment, it is not 100% guaranteed.

Top notch company!

The collars are not large enough for a livestock guardian dog, so I had to splice two together. It seemed to keep ticks off the head area, but not the shoulders and below. The company suggested adding a pendant. I haven’t seen anymore ticks after I did that. Super customer service. Very responsive communication and willing to work with their customers. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend these flea and tick collars

I purchased 2 of the flea and tick collars. one for my Chihuahua Pup and the other for my Lab Pup . Neither one of them has had a single tick or flea on them . They work wonderfully and the best part is they are free from harmful chemicals. I would highly recommend them and I know that my Pups will continue to use them.
