Get Dressed Collective was very responsive to my inquiry about the Ibiza black linen pants I was looking for in a size small. They had them in stock and sent them out in a very timely manner. I appreciated the customer service!
As first time buyer my experience was very good. Loved the dress I bought. I seem to remember that there was a communication gap between the order and shipping so I wasn't sure what was happening with my dress for a couple of days, that would be my only critique.

Hi Allyson, We appreciate your feed back! We looked into this and found that your dress was shipped the day after purchase, so perhaps you are thinking about a purchase from somewhere else? Also, we know that sometimes purchase emails and tracking emails end up in junk mail so we always encourages our clients to check those mailboxes, and of course we are always available to answer questions!
My wife loves this Inizio skirt. She has several, including the white one that she wears all the time. When Inizio came out this year with one in plum - her favorite color of all - I ordered it for her for Christmas. She loves it. GDC not only has an incredible selection of world class clothing, but their customer service is outstanding.

Great customer service experience! Barb was very helpful and I LOVE these pants. So comfortable and especially great for traveling. Dark Olive color is beautiful, more like a gray/green. Very versatile and great for fall! Expensive pants but I will wear them a lot.

The owner is really nice and clearly cares about her customers. There was a slight issue with my order, my item sold out. However, I was promptly notified and given the opportunity to get a great deal on another item. My dress shipped and arrived quickly. The item was exactly as described on the website. I was able to pay through Amazon with ease. The customer service at this boutique is truly next level. I would buy from this establishment again, as I had a great experience.

The Inizio High-Low top is perfect for summer; I ordered a small and a medium in black. I usually take a small, and while the small fit, it was a little snug in the armpit area and the medium was more comfortable. It is great with the Inizio wide leg button pants, as well as jeans. I have always had great customer service from Get Dressed Collective!

I left a previous review regarding customer service for a return. Since then, the Get Dressed Collective reached out to let me know that several emails were sent and that they had attempted to reach me by phone. I verified that the emails were sent in a very timely matter. Unlike my order and delivery confirmation emails, however, these went to my spam folder. As a result, I am extraordinarily apologetic for the oversight and would recommend them to others. Thanks to the Get Dressed Collective for your patience and understanding. Trying to make a return. Not getting a response. Feels like a scam. Regretting I purchased from this questionable company.
Update: it seems my initial return request never went through. While I did not have a smooth experience with the return process, customer service was helpful in the end and I appreciate that.

As I mentioned when we spoke, we had received NO correspondence or request for return via the return portal, your account, and email request, or a phone call. It makes me so sad when customers don't provide accurate information and jump to a conclusion. We are a small retailer that has been in business for over 10 years that goes out of our way to provide great customer service as noted by our other reviews. I hope we've resolved your return request adequately.
My customer service person was wonderful in helping me to order the Candy Pant which I really wanted. Get Dressed had the lowest price and I was able to take advantage of the discount as well. She helped me get the discount and answered my questions making it easy to decide quickly. I will definitely return!

I ordered my dress a month ago and have received multiple emails asking how the service is, but no dress. I have tried to track where it is, but the tracking number is not traceable through the portal they gave. So I would suggest confirming if the person received the items before emails go out about how I like it.
