First oven door replacement showed up quickly, 2 days, but sadly the glass was shattered and unserviceable. Shipping company didn't deliver and returned. I contacted the customer service line and they resolved immediately and a new door arrived the very next day, intact and repair was complete. Couldn't be happier with turnout even with small hiccup of broken first shipment, they corrected it with no hassle and in a very fast manner. Thanks.

Arrived as expected. Did the trick to eliminate the banging on the spin cycle.
Hint to install, reach down and pull rods up from the very bottom rather than pulling from top or side. Much easier.

The wrong part was sent. I ordered a replacement transmission for my washing machine. I received two wall-mount towel racks...
Unfortunately I have to wait and see if they're going to make it right.
I need my washer fixed. I need clean clothes. But until I find out if they're going to send the right part or refund me, I can't risk ordering the transmission from somewhere else.

The part was the manufacturers replacement part and was easily installed. My only complaint was the shipping time. I believe it was supposed to be at my house on Tuesday and didn't get receive it until Wednesday.

The part I ordered was broken in shipment (package damaged). I called GRP and they were very helpful. While I was still on the phone GRP sent me an email. I responded to the email with a few photos of the damaged package and they took care of everything from there. Within two days, GRP sent me the replacement. Very pleased with GRP

I was on a page for a refridgerator part which I need, and I needed a different side shelf (right vs left) than I was looking at. So I saw a similar shelf under the suggestions which was the right hand side, thinking this was still for the same fridge. So I ordered that one, plus a trim piece, also suggested by the algorithm.
So I get the pieces, and it turns out they were for a different fridge. Yes I ordered the wrong parts, but it was from a suggestion on your website.
The total came to $107, but with your return policy plus $81 shipping from UPS, it does not make sense to return items. So I will not ever purchase from your website again, and probably give you a 1 star on google reviews.
