THE VERY WORST INSURANCE COMPANY…
THE VERY WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. WHEN YOU ARE READY TO REPORT THE CLAIM, THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO UP LOAD THE EVIDENCE, WHICH I THINK IT IS BY DESIGN.
THEY HARDLY EVER ANSWER THE CALLS ONCE YOUR CLAIM IS IN. IN MY OPINION ALSO BY DESIGN. I STAYED ON LINE FOR ONE FULL HOUR AND THEY STILL DID NOT ANSWER OR RETURN THE CALL.
THEY KEEP STALLING SAYING THEY NEVER GOT THE CLAIM FILED WHICH IS A LIE, EVEN AFTER YOU FILED IT TWICE.
I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER AFTER WHICH THEY FINALLY, AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH, AGREED TO PAY UP ONLY TO DO IT ON LINE WITH A SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT WORK, ALSO I THINK BY DESIGN. NO PAYMENT THERE EITHER.
I WOULD NEVER BUY AN INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER.
