I've taken a few moments to have a few deep breaths and calm down and I'm still so furious with this location and they stole an hour of my time, and literally could have couldn't possibly care less. I originally went inside and ordered at the kiosk but I had cash and was completely ignored which is normal at McDonald's these days no I didn't have the time to wait so I decided well I would try to drive thru. I have never been more infuriated and I'm not you know I don't get upset about little things like this that often but I've never been more upset in any drive-through in my life I even spoke to the manager who really just snickered and sugar shoulders like I don't know I'm sorry it's just the way it is. What the hell I said really that's the best you can do and again she just shoved your shoulders and snickered I said you need to come up with some solutions man there's no way in hell but I'd be a manager at any restaurant and have it be that inefficient so my suggestion to you McDonald's is you need to fire every just about anybody there he's been there for more than 90 days you need a fire need to fire that manager that I just spoke to fire Mall because they could care less what a s*** show it is there they don't keep value people's time they're not representing your company well fire them all they should be if you've been there for more than 90 days and you see that the manager is that incompetent you come up with solution yourself but something needs to be done you can have people sitting there in the Drive-Thru and nobody comes to take their order on the menu board no one you get a little greeting nobody comes back that is absolutely ridiculous and they're aware of it I mean we sat there I was in that line for an hour 1 hour and I left with no food because if it's running the way that it is now I don't have anything that that food's going to have any quality whatsoever I can imagine what a s*** show it is inside of that restaurant I'm so upset it's just ridiculous.

The kfc in Houston on fm 1960 and Ella is awful. We went Friday night, 9-13-24, and ask for 2, 3 piece wing meals. The girl said they didn’t have any wings. This was an hour before closing. I asked if she could cook same and she said the fryers take 3 hours to clean and she wants to go home to be with her family. TF. Terrible service! I went to the same store again on cypress station/ FM 1960 and Ella and received the same poor service. I asked for two, three piece wing meals original and once again the attendant said he only has 4 crispy and 2 original wings. I asked why is that. He said it would take 20 mins to cook more wings. It was 12:09 pm. Lunch time!!!!! I left and didn’t purchase anything. I am tired of eating what they have instead of what I order. What is the process? You had no cars in line and the reason is you never have any wings. I only run into this in the black neighborhood, never in the predominantly white neighborhood where I live. Fix it! Don’t accept this kind of service.

Ordered through just eat driver turned up late at the restaurant it took over 1 hour to get to me food was stone cold, driver looked dirty and scruffy looked like a tramp, plus he went all round different roads no way near me which I find ridiculous that's probably why food was cold really disgusting service plus poorly boxed food look liked just slapped together by a 3 year old this is at the West Lynn MC Donald's kings Lynn all together this restaurant should have 1 star for food and hygiene

Our second time receiving a gift from our youngest son of Chicago pizza for our birthdays. We schedule delivery, and both times pizzas arrived the next day impeccably packed and ready to bake. And pizzas were shipped from Chicago to rural Texas.

Never use a Yelp contractor! Customer service is no help even though the contractor failed to perform a service and caused damage to my home. I have my own repair business and spent 25 years in building supplies sales.

Today is Sunday, 8 September and I visited the waffle house on Central Avenue and McCord Road in Toledo, Ohio. This was an upsetting visit to this location, because of all the excess noise that some of the crew were making, slamming dishes over and over and over again as loud as they could. I’m surprised they didn’t break any. If these people are not happy to work there they should quit instead of making the customers miserable with their excess noise. This went on for almost an hour. Few of the members also went on with personal conversations, very loud, disrupting the peace of the dining area. I complained but they just pushed back by excusing their obnoxious behavior, and in fact, the noise got louder after my complaint.

The service was terrible and so was the food. I was extremely disappointed.
