The lady that I communicated with was fantastic. This was not a large order, but she treated it as if it were a million dollar order. In addition, I had/have a shipping concern and being frustrated with the USPS system, I called the lady and gave her my tale of woe. Built new window floral boxes and then realized that coco liners typically don’t come big enough to fit, but Garden Artisans had exactly what we needed! Their selection is amazing and I will be purchasing other hard to find garden items from them. Shipping was super fast too! So happy 😊

This is a very nice and good quality item. We bought the half arch before and this is a wonderful addition to define our garden rooms.
I would buy more, but they are just a little pricy!!!
They could be more specific on the assembly instructions - what is the best way to attach the lattice?!

I love York arch I bought couple of years ago, it looks as a first day we installed it, I decided to purchase another one just smaller. I called couple of times this company for advice, I always was treated very nice, with patience and knowledge of their products.
Never buy another garden structure from another company, their products are worth every penny beside they are beautiful

In a world full of overpriced junk, what a delight it was to open the box upon delivery and find a solid, sturdy, handsome, precisely constructed, powder coated wall trellis with equally high-quality mounting brackets. Shipping was prompt and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Everything we get from Garden Artisans has been of exceptional quality and especially beautiful. We have just purchased our second copper birdbath - we had one for the front flower bed and now have a new one for the back garden area! They complement our butterfly feeders (also from Garden Artisans)!

Quick service-- arrived promptly. My kids got me this for a birthday gift. My lamppost is 2" diameter near top, however, I chose to mount mine lower to be able to water it easier. I planted 3 plants in each half. I will choose different plants next year as my sun exposure is shadier than I thought at first, so my plants are not as full and colorful as I'd hoped. I'm very happy with it and love the extra "pretty" it gives on our patio.

Instructions for assembly were not straightforward. Took a lot of highly educated people multiple tries to turn the rods and flanges just the right way, but we got there and love it.

I was able to call the company ( a live person) to ask questions prior to my purchase ! Needed a bit of help to put the arch together and install it against the wall. And wow !! It made a tiny porch into a wide open and elegant space.
