I joined FuturHealth to get semiglutide to help lose weight as my insurance company does not cover it. I spoke with lleana Nunez who was very kind and caring and explained the process clearly to me. After submitting my recent lab results the medication was ordered for me and it was delivered in two short days. A very quick and pleasant experience.

I was apprehensive about scheduling and meeting a virtual doctor. Having never had a virtual appointment before this one, I anticipated a dismissive, non-empathetic doc with an implicit bias towards obese people. When meeting Dr. Obiero, aka “Dr. O” she was not what I expected. Dr. O was kind and listened to my concerns. Dr. O answered all my questions and provided additional information, giving me a different perspective. She treated and saw me as an individual, not simply a patient with a number, and genuinely cared about me and my health. She took the time to make sure I knew and understood everything I needed to be successful and healthier in the future. I would recommend Dr. O and look forward to seeing her for future virtual visits.

My provider was knowledgeable as she was kind and respectful. I felt very valued as a person, and she did not let me go until all questions, and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. All this while never feeling rushed, as if I was her only patient that day. That’s what I call an example of a healthcare provider.

I was definitely hesitant doing this online. I truly wasn't sure if this was for real. So far, I've spoken with the doctor, and she was wonderful in explaining the medications and how to use it. I should be getting my first order in this week. So fingers crossed, that I do receive it and that I'm on my new journey.

This site is a complete bait & switch fraud. They promised GLP-1 meds and once they've taken your money they offer you a low cost low potency alternative. You can upgrade to The promised and expected GLP-1 for an exorbitant fee. They then refuse to give refunds.

Both the medical aid and the nurse practitioner were very helpful very kind and made the whole process seamless. I didn’t feel judged. I didn’t feel embarrassed. My questions were answered quickly, and I wasn’t just treated like a number.

My nurse and Doctor were very helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and I was finished within 30 minutes!! I'm excited to start a new journey after a few health issues and roadblocks!!

I never heard from anyone at Futurhealth after they took my money. After I spoke with Dr. Wilson, I received needles and some knock-off Ozempic and incomplete instructions about how to inject it, so I didn't. My calls and digital contacts have gone unanswered. The order for a blood test never happened. What a rip off. BBB is contacted.

Mr. Mayberry, NP, was pretty awesome. He made this experience a little easier and listened to me. He was easy to talk to and advised me of what I should expect with the medication. He also informed me on how to take the medication. He was caring and earnest in his delivery. I can appreciate that. Also, Day, the assistant who first met with me before the appointment started, was so sweet and eased my nervousness. She made me laugh, which is always a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy this process and virtual appointment was. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to being assigned a provider that did not service my state, but was seen the very next day!! Cindy is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very easy way to understand. She was great! I’m very happy with my experience!

My experience with Dr. Kim was a positive one. He explained to me that I 2 to 3 times to make sure that I understood. His staff and himself Made me feel comfortable while they were asking questions. I truly recommend this site for people who really need to feel better about themselves and lose the weight that they desire thanks to Dr. Kim and his staff for helping me start this journey in my life.
