Shipping was quick. I have been using froya for a little over two weeks and still get breakouts but not nearly as bad and the breakouts that I do get are smaller and less painful.

As I hit my 30 day mark I could not be more pleased with my results. My skin is no longer irritated, has less redness and my fine lines are less noticeable. I stopped using all my cleansers, serums, etc (probably 8-10 products) and began washing my face with oil and water before the Frøya products arrived and I was shocked by how much better my skin looked and felt. My skin is the best it’s looked ever.

I saw this product advertised on Facebook and it looked interesting, so I did some research and decided to order it to give it a try. I'm a couple of days in and I already know I don't really like it, it's very hard to smooth onto the face and I feel like I'm stretching my skin while trying to smooth out the product. Also, the skin around my eyes has become super dry after using their product for eyes. I don't feel like the products have damaged my skin, but I also don't feel like my skin is benefiting from these products either. Just my honest opinion.

I’ve tried many different skin systems and when I ordered the mature skin set I didn’t think it would hold up to the promise. My skin is dry with some wrinkles showing up around my eyes. I received the set after camping for a week and my skin was literally peeling and sore. In literally one use my skin felt comfortable. I’ve used it for about 3 weeks and am questioning whether I even need to bother with makeup. My age spots are disappearing and my skin looks better than it did when I was 35. Eye wrinkles are fading. For the record, I’m 52.

Froya has changed my life! I have been using products for years to try and get rid of eczema. I used the tough stuff that sells the best on Amazon and elsewhere, I bought natural products, I bought organic oils… I even changed my diet. It wasn’t until I tried the eczema balm from Froya that I saw healing!
With other products, I had been working on my knees for almost a year and a half trying to clear up the eczema. It took less than a month with Froya for the eczema to CLEAR not just change! It is a total game changer and a magic potion. Their eye bag and anti age balm is also in the same category. I saw results in one day, and those results lasted into the next morning! Now, I get compliments on my face. I haven’t gotten compliments on my skin my entire life until now in my mid 30s.
I will always be a proponent for Froya and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Don’t just use their products blindly, read everything they suggest and also read their emails. Don’t over apply and don’t skip any days. Everyone’s journey is different, of course, but make sure you read up on their suggestions and advice so you can use their products most effectively.

Wow ! From fast delivery , to customer service, to their products 10/10! Just overnight my skin is healing. I had active acne and this started to help my skin!
I can't wait to continue to use ! As it's easy small enough to travel with and very convenient with the best results I have seen from any product I have used! And natural!!!! Couldn't be happier! It was very different from any skin care i have used. I think it will be better to use in cold weather but I am continuing to use it faithfully. I love the cleansing grains! And the eye Salve is amazing. The glow turns my face very yellow so I cannot use too much of it at all. But all in all I love how my skin looks and feels. I am 70 years young and happy to give this a try.

This product is SO good!!! I have tried a lot of skincare and wanted something simple, with potent natural ingredients, that would give me results. THIS IS IT! I am 32 and noticing my skin aging (and love that) but also want to take care of my skin and feel confident. I already see my skin glowing, and feel confident with no make up on at all. I highly recommend this product, a little goes a long way so it's fully worth the price. I am hooked, so happy I no longer have to try different skin care products, I will look no further!

SO surprised that this product line is this effective after 3 weeks of use! I’ve tried MANY other natural products as well as prescription topicals and skin treatments - nothing has come close to the results I’m getting with Frøya! This stuff is so great! I’ve only been using it for about 5 days and my pimples are basically gone and my hyperpigmentation is noticeably fading. I went to school for skin care but I’ve never seen results like this before. I would’ve told you it can’t happen this fast…

Love Froya Organics! 🖤 I’m 32 and have been experiencing the worst acne I’ve ever had in my life. It all started once I stopped birth control then tried to use every product under the sun to fight back. It left my skin barrier highly damaged and with large/painful cystic acne. Even within 10 days my skin greatly improved and is much more comfortable. Not only that the time spent on my facial routine greatly decreased and I’m spending much less money on so many “let’s see if this works” products. A little beef tallow based sunscreen is the only thing I add to the regimen. 10/10 definitely very pleased. Thank you Froya for saving my skin 🥰

I think this is a product that is good in theory, but has some shortcomings in practice. It is difficult to find the right amount of product to use. If I used too much, my face got oily. If I used less product, I had to stretch my skin to try to spread the product to rub it in and I felt that my skin was dry and not getting enough moisture (leaving me oily towards the end of the day as my skin attempted to compensate). I already used minimal and clean products on my skin, so I believe in that mission and message, however these products do not seem to be user friendly. I did not see any improvement in my skin and with the difficulty in using and the oiliness I experienced....these are not worth it.

I'm mainly upset about the supposed no questions refund. I'm happy I took a screenshot of their website, because I quote, "If dissatisfied with the results, please reach out within 60 days for a full, no-questions refund." When I went to the refund area of the website I was presented with a google questionnaire that REQUIRED photographs of my face. I will be reaching out outside of this questionnaire, but it sounds like I'll be having to fight for my "no-questions" refund.

***UPDATE on 9/9/2024*** I was offered a refund to change or remove this review. I agreed to change my review in exchange for a refund.

When I inquired about receiving a refund, based on the statement on their website I was directed to a page that had a link to the questionnaire that asked for photos as well as many questions. When I pointed out that this was not a no-questions refund within 60 days, like their website stated they reiterated that if I wasn't happy AFTER 60 days of using the product they would refund. At one point they told me that the oiliness I was experiencing (after asking me zero questions about my skin) was my skin "cleaning itself". I resigned myself to a lesson learned about buying things off of the internet from unknown companies.

A day or two later the company contacted me and offered me a refund as a "courtesy" to "change or remove" my review on Trust Pilot. I did accept that refund and as I agreed to, I am changing my review. I feel that it is important for consumers to know how this company operates.

I made a purchase in good faith, after reviewing the company's statement on refunds if I was not satisfied. Also in good faith, I reached out to the company within 60 days when I was unhappy with their product.

I think any potential customers should know that it is NOT a no-questions return policy and that this is a company that will attempt to scrub unsatisfied customers from their reviews.

The BEST eye cream I have found! Even using it on my smile lines and a dry patch on my scalp! My skin is smoother and plumper! Only bummer is that they are currently sold out, and I want to stock up! <3
